Hate moaning but really tired due to sheer volume of people and very few treat facilities with respect! They cleaned room quickly and cleaned bath but carpets horrid. Cheers :)
Butlins is very expensive normally just because you have a poor standard of cleaning should not be lower just because you paid less for the stay. there is no way the carpet will be cleaner when some one spending 300 pound to stay there So having the 1st commend saying you should not complain because you got it cheap is wrong it should have standards no matter what price you pay. if not then the place ends up like pontins. or britannia hotels.
Amen to you! It’s true! Cheap and dirty isn’t okay. Some rates are over £1000 in high season. Staff great, entertainment great but some rooms falling in standards. A real shame but hopefully things will improve as we all know what happened to Pontins! Best wishes Anthony
I am all for bringing faults to the attention of those responsible. Its the new era of plastering a single bad experience on media channels for the world to see. It gives a skewed vision of what is really the case. The positives are generally left unspoken of and the country (UK) portrays themseves as a country of whingers! It's not The Ritz.
20quid a night; all entertainment free. Absolute bargain. And you choose to make a video slating it, even though they are going go clean your room now that you asked. And you say this is your third visit. Did you do a video showing positive experiences of previous visit?! Maybe you did!? Be frustrated by all means but just speak to reception and solve. No need for a damning video.
Okay so we left rave reviews on both occasions as room was spotless and staff great plus it can be cheap but you miss the point. The room was filthy, tired, dirty. The price is irrelevant. Wiping bath doesn’t clean the room. Last visit we paid £700 so only cheaper out of season.
