Pirate..I have bought lockers like this. A few. It will take time if you are not in a hurry you will get top dollar..If your like me I would whore most of it out and move on. Because your time is money. What I mean by that is taking less than what the items are worth substantially less..Just so your focus is on buying and hustling more volume. Believe me..You wont mind selling these goodies for less than value and moving on. sentimental? What does that mean when you buy storages? You see it all 10 times.

Bought a 10x20 for $234 in Orlando Fl. online. Found 3 pounds of silver. 9 ounces Gold. Miki moto pearles.. The clasp was 24k and almost an ounce itself. Sold the furniture and made over 2k. Jewelry, you know that was a Pirates Booty! I have overpayed on junk to find Gold to save my arse a few times..It happens. But giving good deals to folks is the best deal to get rid of it all. Realizing there is a world of units to buy if you have the eye to buy.

Been a fan for a while...... I’ve watched you struggle to make sure your kids didn’t have to worry about anything... never have I been more sincere then I am today while writing this... mikey, I can’t put into words how proud you make me feel to be a single full time dad.... the struggle is real and the rewards are just! This locker will be enough to finally get you to a place of contentment... you’ve worked so hard, had many set backs, but you never gave up.... from me and for all the single full time dads... thank you for showing that perseverance and focus while against all odds and the ex-wives that try to destroy us, in the end, has us on top and smelling victory and success and it’s because of you and guys like you! Bless you and you have a fan for life 👍🏿🕺🏻

That Stanley box and thermos is a real collectable. The little Japanese/Chinese figure was jade - nephrite, check the signature. There also appears to be a-lot of native from blankets, knives, bags, ornaments. The old bibles with fantastic pictures in are also still worth a bit also. I concur with others ... please don't let Harold near anymore precious storage units.

those old reels may have ivory handles and are excellent examples of early and famous makers. 2 of the biggest names in old "hand made" wooden lures are Arbogast and Heddon and can be very very valuable if made specifically by the hands of either of those 2 men. It is "Art" .

I'd be wound so tight with a unit like this... Hell, I'm wound tight just watching you go through it. Something to mention... several of those hats have hitched horsehair bands. It's kind of a lost art. A lot of the hitched horsehair bands, belts and tack are prison made. There are several guys in the prison in Deerlodge Montana that make absolute works of art. There's a guy that was in Deerlodge that's out and is in Arizona now. Had a gallery for western art. His name is Lennie Spurlock. I've got several of his pieces and paid big dollars for them.
Glad to see you've got Justin coming in to help catalog this unit. I'll be bidding on several of the pieces once it hits the auction. I just hope my pockets are deep enough. Those silver inlaid mexican spurs are 'primo' also.
If I were ever to snag a unit like this, I'd have to be wearing Depends because I'd be peeing a little opening every box.

Another WOW! from the PNW, incredible unit man! On books, I always check 'em for~ a. first editions. b. signatures c. condition/dust-jackets etc., then go to AbeBooks (sic) and use their search engine for a general idea of value/pricing. So many treasures there, don't take anything fore granted, sometimes the simplest most unassuming thing could be a hidden gem (yah I know ya know dat), and it seems like you hit the jackpot. Oh, polar bear skulls go from 500- to over a grand up here in Canuckland, and the scrimshaw sperm whale tooth? Subject, age, signed? If you look up prices its all over the map, older pieces, especially signed ones with historical pics , can go for thousands, newer 'generic' art ones, not so much, worthy of an appraisal imho. Am loving this, living your good fortune vicariously, thank you and all the best to you and yours! I await the next installment...

Loving this $7,000 unit. Totally fascinating. You should make out like a bandit or “pirate” when it comes time to sell! I’m a new subscriber!

Masonic bibles are just fancier bibles. Their secret stuff is in other books.

You found some nice stuff mike in the box with the ivory but like he said it’s highly illegal to sell any of it if it’s ivory. Maybe look for the broken piece in the box. Old fishing lures do bring a good price to especially if you have the box’s they make even more. Good luck mike

Mike, I just said outloud to myself, "Mike you're gonna need to take a break, an maybe have a smoke after opening these boxes".
When you have this auction with Grimes, you need to make sure it's advertised world wide. I'm thinking that people would come from everywhere for these treasures. Also, please don't discount those Hawaiian shirts. I sold a muumuu for just under $700 on eBay.

11:36 I see Role Playing Dice in that lot. A set would be 1d4, 4d6, 1d8 2d10, 1d12 and 1d20 for Dungeons and Dragons.

Most of the books are about items he collected. Seems he was educating himself also.

34:08 Gumby! If he is made of rubber he is highly collectable. He is possibly from the 1960's. I had one when I was a kid and wish I still had it.

The video was exciting to watch. I saw another person's life flashed before my eyes..
I felt nothing combined to be worth $ 55.000. I saw some historical value, but not unknown when and importance.
It would take a year's time to sell it all.

You got some decent fishing equipment!! Fishing lures can be highly collectible especially old wooden lures. In Vancouver British Columbia people would give their left leg for old fishing lures, rods and reels!!!
