- Hey guys, Goratha here. Quick update to the "SABOW" video. This video goes over some interactions and changes from the first video, also shows off some Legion 4/5-ways and UE. You can follow along with me at / goratha
Very happy with how the character turned out, will probably min-max it a bit more and post a full build guide at some point!

few question tho about scale the build further in sc:
1. if I can use a pair of forbidden flame/flesh jewels, which node do you recommend me to use?
2. I saw your comment saying we could consider using large thread of hope, but that socket is also pretty good for a militant faith/lethal pride. which one is the superior do you think?
Just started mine on SC with a Deadeye, looks pretty fun build. (lvl 74)
Having fun playing this as an assassin in SC picking up the CDR from Sab.
Ohh! That's a good idea, yeah tbh I always forget Forbidden flesh/flame are a thing, since I play HC.
I swapped over to assassin, but man is it way squishier. Any tips for surviving?
@@B4DDHero I did invest into a flat evasion grace and phys taken as from purity of elements watchers eye. That and a taste of hate has seemed to be tanky enough for me. The only offensive aura I'm running is precision unlike the anger setups on like Pals deadeye. The damage has still seemed more than enough to do Deli t16s. My setup is an Omni setup so that and the crit carries the damage.
@@p.scottl3447 I dropped blink arrow for precision with Grace/Anger. What mark are you using out of curiosity?
@@Comisioned I'm crit capped as Assassin so I'm actually using ele weakness to fully get to remove resists as snipers mark was messing with the return from vengeant cascade.
Hey I'm playing softcore trade and I've essentially recreated the build to a similar level as in the POB below, what upgrades would I focus on next for damage except the obvious bow upgrade?
Large thread of hope at ranger is really good, maybe Lioneye's Fall? Shaper awakened CDR/Tailwind or elusive boots. Shaper/Redeemer Stygian for 20% cdr.
Lots of upgrades to be had, you can even go for Omni set-up if you want.
I'm following up on your build and even made another character to play it. I've been having a lot of fun with it, but I'm feeling a little lack of damage against yellows and uniques and was wondering where do you get your damage against them?
Most of the damage comes from bow, if you're lacking in damage, you probably just need a better bow + crucible. Also CDR is huge as well.

Hey, nice video, I've been playing EA ballista champ the whole league, and now I want to try a blaster so I can farm Legion, but I'm not sure what would be best, your LA champ build or this one, how important is the crucible tree for this build? I'm around 40 div buget playing on SC.
I loved your LA champ video, thank you for your hard work so dumb people like me can enjoy this game a lot more.
I think this build is better at legion, just because of the sheer amount of projectiles going out. The crucible tree is very nice, but probably not that expensive to get, I would aim to get at least CDR/Lifetap + a good flat roll.
I wish you have a build guide of this it's amazing

how this compare to the la champ? its better at maps? or bossing? looks super fun to build
Hmm, it's comparable, I think this probably has higher top end damage with perfect set-up.
You are going to be bottlenecked by attack speed going for 90% CDR. You'd have to get Scourge arrow down to .05 second cooldown. That being said, once we lose the 25% on bows from Crucible, the 52% breakpoint will be perfect to go for as Sab.
Enjoying this build very much.
Not the easiest one to get going for a casual noob, but alch&go t16 is blazing fast, and 20% deli is fast as well but no fast enough to be not so rippy )
Nevertheless its even more comfy than RF Jugg in terms of map clear)
How does EA work with Pierce?
The fuses don't stick into mobs but they'll stick into the walls, and the EA still has an initial hit damage. Seems worth but who knows.
I fooled around with different skills and discovered that in terms of raw flat damage with bow added ele damage Ensnaring Arrow is pretty much stronger than EA, although it does jack all in terms of slowing down enemies))
Also I might suggest that any "rain" type of attack is questionable since it does not work with annoint.
@@densemenov1122 Blast Rain / Storm Rain do a lot of single target, even with annoint considered they are probably worth it. Also I don't doubt that ensnaring arrow does more than EA but if there is walls then EA is really good + it works with sabo node.
Is sab that necessary? I ask because I play softcore trade and I only care about mapping and I already have a deadeye. My only problem is that yea, deadeye is squishy, do you think is worth it to made a sab?
Very nice work with the build, you opened a lot of possibilities for builds.

You can play a Deadeye if you want. Most people seem to go that route, I like playing tanky characters and this character is quite tanky + does a lot of damage.
The only issue I have at all right now is my movement speed out of combat is a tad low. That's mostly due to the 20% ms boots I have on though.
@@Goratha ok, thanks for the reply, I will try to make a Sab. Can you give me some tips for the Bow, I want to buy it, it's too complicated to craft one, at least for me. What I need to look for beside the Cooldown node on crucible. Guide me on buying a good enough bow to be able to do the Legion on T16, idk, around 20 divs.

@@rotony1 I mentioned the good nodes for crucible in video but basically: high flat damage, CDR, double damage, Lifetap. For the actual stats on the bow, just a normal high flat ele spine bow with crit and double damage, attack speed doesn't matter much.
how to workaround not having lifetap on bow.. or do you just have to sac a gem link for it?
I mentioned that in video, but yes you can just replace one of the inspiration links with lifetap and be completely fine.
What do you want on the bow? Triple flat ele damage?
Yep! And also crit chance / focus double damage.
What are you getting ES on hit from? Kurgle? Idk what you are saying

I'll look into it a bit, I'm going to try to min/max it a bit on SSFHC, so we'll see how that goes.

If you were to run a damage aura over purity, what would you choose?
Wrath or Anger, probably similar DPS, I think anger with watcher's eye might be the best.
@@Goratha Anger is best yes. Especially with Anamalous Blast Rain.

Was just testing it a bit, the UE kill was before I decided to go for the COC set-up. If the damage looks good on UE, it's even higher now without it lol.
I love pathfinder. Do you think it would be viable to fit in this build?
Hmm, it would probably work, I don't see why not, you will need to get CDR breakpoints on gear alone though.
I thought I wouldn't enjoy this build cause it's a bit too "braindead" once you get it going (i.e., the interesting part is putting it together rather than actually playing it, and you already figured that part out). But it's my highest level character this league, and actually one of my highest ever (about to hit 97 on SC). It's very satisfying blitzing through maps without even needing to aim.
Yeah, normally I like to play builds with a lot of buttons... but this is basically just one button + focus.
That being said it's also my highest level character this league, definitely been enjoying it a lot.

Best way to level is probably Lightning Arrow + Art Ballista

I just spam it as much as possible. Seems to be more DPS that way.

Nevermind. It failed. But is there a reason you use scourge arrow over snipe? snipe has double the sheet it seems. Thats just a standalone version firing its own arrows.
But the assailum helm can make it to where we can use any bow ability and not have to run scourge arrow, and not lose a link. Or just use the helm and 4 support gems, would be a easy 5 link.
