    The next could be the car industry which especially in Germany held on to the diesel for too long. All the supplier are in trouble as wear parts of an electric car are less and others then the once of a traditional car.

    It occurred to me that this strategy does take a longer time frame to play out - so while you may be in financial distress for a number of years while you wait for market conditions to change and costs to come down or even to fully think out the "just cause" plan itself before it gets implemented, that's what I have figured out. You need to have a higher platform for development of the individual. Any deep thinking takes time and to allow for that time there needs to be a structure in place for your people. So my idea for a platform meshes well with this concept. The OAC business game can be played with these sub-structures that do not yet exist. I have a feeling I know why it doesn't exist, nevertheless, I am keen on finding out why nobody has bothered to try it and why nobody seems to have ever spoken about it with the clarity and depth that I have.
