In order to level up characters you need hero orbs.U can get extra hero orb every time u complete a new chapter,u can replay previous chapters or join a guild and ask for them every 8 hours.personally i farm previous chapter every time i stuck on a stage
The best way to get them is to complete new chapters, through runes, and the adventure mode. If you’re stuck on a stage and you haven’t already, start going through hard mode.
It didn’t matter how much I farmed, there was no way I was getting the dragon empress. I think I ended up buying vulnerable gems.
