Black Widow Spider Mating Ritual

This is a female black widow web I found at work a while ago. Today, I spotted a male in her web attempting to mate with her. This is a very lengthy process, so if you're hoping this video catches the whole thing, I'm sorry to disappoint you.
The male was in the web most of the day, doing a bunch of gestures to get her attention. She knows he's there, but he also needs to be careful that she doesn't mistake him for dinner.
Contrary to popular belief, not all male black widows are consumed by the female after mating. The fate of this male may end here, but he may live as well.
I just thought it would be pretty cool to show a bit of it.
The female has a very good hiding spot, so she isn't easily seen, but you can see her legs in motion with the male's. Her web is also pretty dirty, but the male is easily seen.
