Stainless steel 350mm diameter screw refiner, previously used to refine fish paste for production of surimi. Product feeds through 4" diameter sanitary tri-clamp connection to screw feed area into refining area. Product is auger fed to screening section with __" diameter center shaft including (3) __" long paddles, screen has1/8" diameter perforations. Driven by 30 HP, 1170 RPM, 460-volt, 3/60Hz thru Beier gearbox variator with speed range of 0.27 - 1.08. Previously used to refine fish paste for production of surimi where the fish meat is pushed through the refiner to remove small bones, skins and scales. Manufactured by FKC Screw Press, model RE-350, serial number M-1733.
