Tires, uniroyal tiger paw(michelin sub company). Shocks struts, billstein 5100. Maybe an alternator upgrade and 4x conversion with 3" lift. Best wishes my dude!!!
I definitely need one tire and one spare. The rest are all new. I just had my alternator checked and because of the conversion it’s already one of the beefy ones. I 100% want a 4x4 conversion but I won’t have the $$ for that for a couple years. Definitely on the list!!
You should grab up on one of them little power boxes that you can charge up then plug shit into, then grab a small electric heater….im pretty sure them things last all night on a full charge..
I wonder if that chair lift is hydraulic or electric. If it's electric, the van likely has some extra batteries that would be sufficient for a small electric heater for overnighters.

Think have Sam kinison, full metal jacket, kiss videos ect..lot you know bro, chair lift should get some $, fave pond is club pond in Exeter I tried getting permission for you to fish but rules (will contact you how can in kayak next season) lol, lot of 6-10 lb bass cought and most can't fish from bank, once figure out another electric option heat and stuff available. Looks like some work needed to get it to what you want it to be, but some really solid bones. Definitely a spare is a necessity, maybe look into a diesel heater for keeping it warm. Good luck with the awesome new project 👍
