Interesting short video. I deal with low hemoglobin and low red blood counts closely with a care team. I"m a student of life. Learning possible natural remedies to heal the body. I currently live at 650 above sea levels. One of my family members live around 5280 feet. It would be interesting to see what living in high elevation for a week would do to my hemoglobin and red blood cells.
I live full time at altitude for 14 years full time now. 8700 ft above sea level is where my house is and I usually hike moderately about every day up at about 10,000 ft above sea level. In the summer we hike the peaks up to 14 000 ft .I’m in very good health for my age 65 and I’m experiencing many of the issues you talk about in the videos. My platelets and hemoglobin count are usually near the top or higher I combat this by donating blood as much as possible. My resting Heart rate is about 80 bpm. My blood pressure is slightly higher 155 over 84. Could this be from living at High Altitude. ?I checked my BP at sea level a few years ago and it was much lower. Thanks for your time .
Thanks, your video’s are very informative , especially for those young people that run 50 miles and 100 miles through these mountains, not I 👍. Agree with your answer. I’ll look into it more .
Thanks
You are welcome.

I'm not sure the effects of altitude on BP, but I would guess that it is unrelated to the altitude.
