To tell the truth, I was really devastated when Erik left the band. Great frontman! But I must admit that Kenny is an amazing singer too. Looking forward to see and engoy H.E.A.T live!
Erik could sing well but he had the stage manners of a punk singer which didn't suit the band. Kenny is the original cat with a great stage authority and I'm glad he and the band worked it out.
@Aor Group Sweden you are allowed to have your opinion. I met Kenny in 2019 and he was in shape big-time. Told him I missed him onstage so I'm thrilled he got back. Hopefully Rivers do too. To my ears, HEAT have been going full circle and now it's Round 2. I'm thrilled to have Kenny back.
You're right. I'm one of those "more recent" fans and grew to love Erik, but Kenny's performance here has won me over. Maybe later on they should do a reunion with both Erik and Kenny, like Helloween did with Kiske and Deris.

well now we have two killer bands that share members, I hope they both tour together (H.E.A.T. and New Horizon) and do a duo vocal as an encore- Mercyful Fate and King Diamond toured a few times together in the nineties- what an amazing tour it would be! Despite Erik being a astonished singer and frontman, Kenny is the H.E.A.T's soul. A more AOR oriented tone and a unique melodic voice. Good to know that they joint the forces for a new album! Cheers from Canada!

I'm a metal music listener, but H.E.A.T with Erik brought me back into rock world. Last time I was so interested in a rock band was in the 90's with Europe. Anyway I hope Erik keeps on rocking. He has that something that many singers don't have. His singing style and voice combined with his energy and with H.E.A.T's great music made almost every album they made like "best of".

Now this is the HEAT i remember. First time I heard of HEAT was when I saw them supporting Edguy in London with Kenny on vocals, bought the debut album the next day !

Now this is the HEAT i remember. First time I heard of HEAT was when I saw them supporting Edguy in London with Kenny on vocals, bought the debut album the next day !
