The black plastic at the bottom (underneath the back cover) it should be taken off after you take off the mid frame!

Can i still open it well using mobile phone repair kit tool without having a heat gun or do i really need that one? By the way what heater do you use?
Yes you can, I opened mine with only using paper card and no heat gun.
is it possible to swap screens ? because it looked like screen was cracking when you where removing old one, I was thinking about using one a7 for the parts

you should remove black part AFTER you remove the frame!!!! Otherwise you'll break it (like he did at the video but did not show what happened)

you need to glue it with b7000 or b8000 again so that it will be sealed

I bought this phone and the next day it got slipped from my pocket when I was sitting on the chair and the screen cracked. I dropped my earlier phone (S5) many times yet it didn't even get scratched. Never buy non flagship again.

I bought a Galaxy A7 2018 and, after exactly one year of use, the screen showed a small purple spot on the upper left side of the screen, without falling or suffering any physical impact. This stain was increasing / spreading across the screen. I don't recommend it to anyone

If I am not mistaken the 2018 version has an oled display? If it does then the purple spot that randomly appears is a very common thing that happens to oled displays
I am also facing the same problem in my a7
Same happens with my a7 just yesterday. It has shown small purple blue smudges. Then just thos morning, it is almost an inch and a half diameter. Never dropped it even once.
You do notice you broke that black plastic cover...the frame should be removed then the black part.
