Looking back at it, I do think it was some words exchanged between them. Maybe they broke up or something. Maybe they really didn't like each other then. Wendy has said that because they're together all the time, there will be times where they don't really like each other but after a time being apart and reflecting on themselves, then they kinda talk it out and things end up being okay. The other part of the truth in this is: I also think it was stress that Irene is feeling in some of these shots because she's also talked about that year and said that although they were really great numbers-wise, she was questioning SME a lot and some of the decisions they were making for RV were decisions she actually hated. Due to this, it made her not a kind person.

The story I've heard that sounds closer to reality is what Irene said in a recent interview that I can't find, she said, and I am paraphrasing here, although they were fighting and arguing a lot, it was mostly because the company put a ton of pressure on them and at that time Irene was angry at what the company was doing and trying to do to their concepts and she hated all of it and told them that, and SM didn't like it.
