St john is small yoo can live anywhere, i live close yo MUN and basic rent of st johns is 550$ approx excluding utilities

Bro initially you have to take everything for the house like everything so it will cost you 400-500 dollars if you buy a house
How did u get the accommodation and rent pls ?
@@nishupreet2592 i booked it via marketplace from india only and rent is 1700dollars for whole house in which u can keep 4 people
