In 2021 King Kaka was misdiagnosed which led to a serious body reaction. His health deteriorated & eventually he was admitted. He is now on the road to recovery and decided to give a summary of his testimony through this song.

I can't help but relate your journey with that of my closest friend, and unlike you, she is still not recovered. She slid and hurt her leg in 2019 September, was put on 3 plasters and still the leg didn't get well. Saw a doctor who insisted on operation claiming the bone was a non-union and it needed removing. He removed and complications started. Nerve problems, severe un-imaginable pain, depression, insomnia and up to date she hasn't gotten better. Underwent 2 other operations, a correction surgery and another one to remove fluid in the bones. Its a nightmare for her and when she feels like she is getting better she goes back to pain. I hope one day she can manifest
This song has reminded me when I lost my siz in icu after just a week of being sick, and after a couple of months we lost the husband, leaving behind an orphaned son..... 😭😭😭😭But I still trust the process of God.
