GUYS I NEED HELP I have this really terrible memory I hate thinking about it comes to me at unwanted moments and I can’t get it out of my head it’s like it haunts me Is it trauma/ptsd??
@@YourFavBoyNoa that’s not really what makes me think it’s trauma or ptsd I have a lot or all of the symptoms and thats just how I describe one of my symptoms Being easily startled or frightened.👍 Always being on guard for danger.👍 Self-destructive behavior, such as drinking too much or driving too fast. Trouble sleeping.👍 Trouble concentrating.👍 Irritability, angry outbursts or aggressive behavior.👍 Overwhelming guilt or shame.👍
definitely sounds like it could be. generally speaking if you have a memory that triggers all those negative emotions whenever you think about it that memory definitely seems like it’s traumatic for you. as for whether or not it’s ptsd i would highly recommend talking to a therapist or counselor if possible; i know not everyone has access to those kinds of resources but if you do that’s definitely the first thing i would recommend. i wish you the best in your journey of healing❤
