- Taking the family out to LA's Koreatown for some delicious Galbi Jjim (braised beef ribs, short ribs, and back ribs pot)! And, add some cheese and FIRE to top off this dish! One of the best dishes you can get in Koreatown.

If I’m not mistaken, Sprinkles was the first of the cupcake craze bakery’s! That whole popularity of cupcakes started right there!! Can’t remember her name but she also was a judge on one of the food networks dessert shows…🥰♥️‼️
Magnolia Bakery is credited with launching the cupcake boom. Crumbs Bakery followed thereafter and later Sprinkles.

Yes I remember your past visit. It came back when you showed the dish and your server with the tourching cheese presentation. I think I said it then and repeating it now....I do not want the cheese on mine. I realize you are not much into cooking at home, but when you showed the oatmeal cookie I decided to tell you. Buy you 3 of those cookies. Place one on the bottom of a freezable container and then add your favorite vanilla or butter pecan ice cream. now one more cookie and repeat ice cream and then cookie and more ice cream. cover and freeze. remove from container and pour hot chocolate over it. cut and serve. summertime sweet treat.

Then to end with a Sprinkles cupcake and a cookie. Didn't know they had cookies too. Used to always get some cupcakes in Las Vegas at the Linq Promenade but it is no longer there.

Yup, we’ve been to that Sprinkles at the Linq Promenade, too bad it’s gone, pretty sure the cupcake ATM too. But, they recently put a Sprinkles ATM at McCarran airport near the Delta gates. 😃

Those ribs looked delicious and the presentation was Grade A! A lot of people don't like Sprinkles, but I think they're crazy! I take the frosting cap off and eat it first!🤣😂 I must try those cookies next visit! Another great video B & L!

I go to Ichiban in Cranston or Sun & Moon in E. Providence for Korean in Rhode Island. But you are right, not too many places to try!
We live on the Southcoast of MA, right on the RI border. We also have a channel and do local food reviews, recipes, etc. Always nice to meet someone nearby on UA-cam!

@@manymoonstraveled You are absolutely right. It was 99% Koreans in ktown not too long ago. They started to jack up the price after non-korean started to flock to ktown. They wouldn't dare to charge that much to koreans cause they will go out of business.
