Awesome video! I can relate to everything you talked about. We recently applied for a HELOC and the bank needed all the documentation you mentioned.

Great video with very important info any small bus. needs to understand. Far to many "Chuck and a truck" companies in lawn care are really clueless about all financial aspects of their business and they are the 85-90 percent of lawn care companies who fail within 3 years. For those companies that work closely with a CPA, run a full legal business this is next level info.
    Thanks for posting,
    Bill

Hey I use my debt but I also pay it. I wouldn’t be where I am today without credit cards 🤷‍♂️

I’d be curious to know how you went about your home build on your land. Did you buy the land first and pay it off and then get a construction loan? Or did you get a loan for the house and land altogether? Thanks

It's a true shame what these large banks do to us as Americans. The 30yr mortgage is an absolute joke. My house, built in the 70s has now made the same bank over a million dollars on a home that was first built for 30k. With zero updates It's somehow now worth 170k. By the time I pay it off I'll have 360k in just payments. An absolute joke. This is why they name stadiums after banks.. not us.
Thank God we bought it when we did. Not a chance could I now trying to get my tiny business off the ground and simply feed my 2 young boys and not spend 80hrs a week at some garbage company that cares not about them.
This American dream is no joke. It's just a scam.
