Since Callisto/Kallisto was written about by Ovid as well, a Roman poet, the myth was evidently believed by the Romans, using the Roman names or equivalents of the gods (Jupiter instead of Zeus, Diana instead of Artemis, Juno instead of Hera). So the name would still fit a Roman theme as well. Remember, the Greeks and Romans were closely connected, especially through their myths.
honestly i love the idea of using the boat as your base. always a good boost to my mood to see a video of yours, nothing's particularly bad, just very "meh".
I usually start with using the supply camp/ship as my base until I feel like building something or have the builder build one of the player houses. So I agree that it's nice to use the ship as a base until there's need for more. I feel it's just organic to do it that way. The way I see it when you use the ship it's like you sailed from far away to set up your colony hence why you get some starter stuff. From there if you're actually setting up a colony you'd utilize the ship as your home for quite a while.
If you can capture a Mimic and place it in a lil cage so it cant attack anything, then set up a Drygmy altar near it, you get ALL the artifacts eventually
As for how I am this week, I've not been in the best mental place and adding getting sick to that is really dragging me down. However, these videos are cheering me right up so thank you and keeping being you.

A cottagecore style pack for all the buildings I feel would be pretty hard but beautiful if done right. Like some of the more industrial buildings would be hard for sure, but I'd love to see all the cottages for houses and things like builders huts.

My week is going okay! I have finally gotten a new surgeon who is taking my gallbladder issues seriously and he has scheduled surgery for the 9th. It's a little scary when I have an exclusively breastfed infant who I have to worry about other people watching while I am under, but it's good to finally be taken seriously. Young women in the US so frequently are not properly diagnosed/treated that only needing two doctors to get help is honestly not bad.

I’m having a pretty rough day. Got COVID so I was stuck in bed all day. We had some noisy neighbors blasting the same bass heavy song for 3+ hours. And the vending machine stole my money and didn’t give me candy. 😔 That being said, this video has helped my day be just a little bit better.
speaking of stone cutter, you can make stairs and slabs there 1 to 1, instead of using 6 stone brick in a craft grid to make 4 stairs, you can use a stone cutter to make them 1 to 1, the stone cutter can also turn slabs and stairs back to blocks, the stone cutter is an absolute must when getting build blocks
Fortress build is really really cool, but the town hall level 3 is one hell of an upgrade from level 2 for that style. My favorite style to automate other mods in tandem with
Sjin! Every player gets their own unique loot box when they open it. EMPTY THOSE DAMNED CHESTS! If you aren't going to use it directly, trade it later with other players. There's no use leaving usefull stuff like steel behind.
Love the series ! Your previous minecolonies series helped me immensely when I did my medieval oak build👍. For reference Byzantine is pronounced more like ( biz zen teen ). Loving this series! You should try out the "Old English" Minecolonies style, it was made by one of the Admins on my Minecolonies server and is ace! She spent a LONG time developing it!
For designing your own style, mebbe take a queue from another one of my favorite content creators - Lady Shatana of "Cavern Style" fame. She says she does the lvl5 FIRST, then removes/changes bits as a time as things step down. Might help? You've probably thought of that already *lol* Also... NAUGHTY SJIN for making folks panic when you removed that statue from the temple! Bad Sjin, no biscuit! 🙂

Some Quality of Life Tips: 1) U can try making an uncrafting table or a salvager from Mekanism to convert the polished granite into granite itself... 2) U can just place the iron pickaxe or any other tool/armor (vanilla) in ur 2x2 crafting grid and convert it into a silent gear one at least it won't break on u when u need it the most...
The Bunny Slippers are second only to the night vision goggles in Artifacts. No fall damage ever again and you can jump up two blocks. It takes a short bit to get used to the jump, but I’ve found it to be amazing! I’m having a good week, thank you for asking.
Your Colony name ideas (Tri-Perk Valley, Tri-Mounton Valley, Etc...) Why are all the buildings at the same level ? why not layer they them up and down a few levels ? to connect the colony together a Dock / bridge combo building with a dock-masters house/office in the center?

COLONY NAME SUGGESTION: The Byzantine decline, that started the Crusades, was due to loss of their riches land of Antioch. Make the colony the new Rich land of the Byzantines! Make Sjintioch!

@sjin storage scanner from RF tools is an early game cheap computer system. It has a mildly confusing way to craft things, but it's great until you get to AE2 or refined storage.
Doesn't the modpack has waystones? If yes someone please spam Sjin about it. Make a waystone at your base, take a warpstone with you => never have to worry about exploring or taking the stairs up to your base after mining ever again!
Biflumen Mounttris is the name I was thinking about. Also you should see if you could just have your own Minecolonies based Modpack that lets you focus on Minecolonies with a few QOL things tagged on so you don't have extraneous things taking up your focus.

All the mods 3 had...i forget the mod name. But, it had these gigantic storage containers and there were 3 tiers. I think it was the mod that had all the lasers. I miss those things

When I say earmarked, I mean literally, they're all marked with like a potato print of my ear because that's the logo for Maclogony Dreams, the finest hand made stiletto clogs ever seen on the late night shopping channels. We're looking for a brand ambassador to take us to the next level, I could put in a word for you if you like?
Highly recommend update to 2.0 from planet minecraft, before you get too far in! More content, but some buildings moved folders. You could play on without interruption or fuss, by downloading it and pasting as a separate pack folder, then just pick from that one in the build tool instead

If you want to 'unpolish' anything. Try using the chisel. It can make and unmake a lot of blocks into and from other forms of the same type.

I like Kallisto !! Byzantine architecture and culture was prominent in Greece and Turkey. Istanbul is often referred to with Byzantine architecture!

About the modular castle design, it exists already in Minecolonies!!! Its called Fortress!! Would love to see it being done, would be EPIC!
