You know you have changed when you look at life differently from the way you used to, when you live a new way of life, when you no longer take time for things that have no real depth or love, when you take more time for the things that will matter to you in your years ahead. You know when you have grown when you take more time for the important things in life like expressing yourself and taking control of you and you don't waste anymore time on people that just waste your time. You know how much you've changed as a person when you don't feel the same way about the things that once interested you as your body no longer feels anything about those things. You know how much stronger you have become as no matter what people say about you or how they treat you, you know it doesn't change anything as you are responsible for you and how much you value your peace. And you know that you have matured when you realise that everyone's actions, behaviour and body language is a mirror of what's going on inside of them. As over the years, through the sunshine and through the storms, you realise you are still alive when you still feel happiness and peace even through all the darkness.

I’m still here, 22years old, I’ve been through whatever I always described as a rude, unfortunate and tough past. I’ve been through depression, people that betrayed me one after the other one, and I was blaming myself for the all happened, thinking that everybody wanted me to get hurt. I felt my life was all negative, and so I started to close myself, and don’t show anything to people, because I was thinking nobody could be able to understand me, for more than 6 years. Thanks to amazing and touching words like in this video, I can say, it does not matter what happen in life, we must change our personal philosophy. Today I’m here , trying to get rid of whatever was making feel sad, worried, closed to other people. I’m working to shut down, and control that voice inside of my brain that was torturing me, making me feel an infinity amount of doubts on whatever I had to do. Today I’m here to open up myself up for the first time, and I can tell you that I can overcome all this cons that I had in my brain, because I really want to!! Today is the day where I WANT to start to build, discover myself a better myself, changing my mind that was hitting me, stopping me to do anything I wanted to. If you read this, I wish the best to everyone in life. And if you feel sad or worried, the best thing to know is that only you and your thoughts can control your day, your actions and your future. WORK HARD TO BE THE BEST OF YOURSELF, AND BE HAPPY.❤️❤️

We all having a rough time, and we all had the same mindset to come here and cry and get motivated, and if no one else believes in you, just know I do, so keep pushing forward, no matter how hard life gets, how low in life you are, don’t give up , keep pushing forward, you can make it through it, you might want to cry and just give up, I don’t blame you, crying is good because you’ll let it all out, but not giving up, never that, set your mindset to a positive mindset, focus on your goals, try to avoid the bad thoughts that’ll bring you down, like think about your 10 year old self, you think your younger self would be proud of the fact that you want to give up and that all the work you did Wasn’t worth it?, of course not, it’ll be disappointed, so keep pushing forward, get back on the track and finish the race, you got this

Man bro I'm going through the same stuff my girl cheated on me on Halloween and she tries to deny nothing happened but I have evidence she did I told her about it n got angry with her but she says that wasn't her and that I'm sick for saying that too her she broke up with me because of that so I'm just drinking and drugging just to get high and feel okay

I feel like my friends are getting annoyed by me because I don’t talk to them or call them as much but I have started my personal journey recently a few weeks ago maybe 3, and I feel like I need to block out distractions, I do like my friends but they would always seem to talk about negative things without even noticing like how there boyfriend does this and that but doesn’t do this and blah blah blah, I don’t really need to extra negativity or stress if you will of someone else’s boyfriend so I decided to give her space to figure it out and I can tell she did not like that(these 3 weeks I have been distant) And my brother told me since they talk bad abt people to not be surprised if they talk bad about you or something and that made me feel kinda bad yesterday night.. anyways I know this seems unimportant and actually it may be even dumb of me to feel bad about such things but I needed to kind of vent to someone, and when I watch these videos I see how positive people are and I love that so much! I was devastated to lose them that I was so afraid to try in case I failed and so, I became depressed and lonely and felt like a worthless person. I am 30 and I see clearly now. I might make it or I might not but I WILL train and practice as long as it takes to achieve my dreams. Never give up on your dreams and never EVER give up on yourself. I am 55 since I was 18 I always prepared for worse case senerio since the infantry. 1/26/19 I fell alone in the woods 25 feet 6 degrees outside windchill 14 below. Injuries shattered hip shattered pelvis broke right shoulder 10 broke ribs bruised lungs bruised femer severe hypothermia. Laid there for a few then crawled 75 yards over the next several hours to my truck and climbed in it and called 911. Still recovering glad I prepared these people trying to motivate everyone know what there saying heed there advice, or exist and never really live.
I have come out of some of the worst conditions that life could give someone and up untill now I didn’t know that I had value to offer ! I know it’s pretty crazy , I am 14 months clean from heroine and crack and actually I’ve managed to make some investments and am positioning myself to be the problems solution for every single person that I’ve hurt , I have my creator to thank for everything! I BELIEVE IN ME TODAY 🙏🙏🙏

I was born with a whole host of birth defects that make some things damn near impossible, and it baffles me when I see perfectly healthy people say “It’s too hard”.
I was born with a clubbed foot that was supposed to make walking impossible, through hard work and perseverance I can now run just for fun and outpace people born with some pretty good legs.
I was born with a bad heart that makes caffeine dangerous so I can’t lean on coffee to support bad sleeping habits, that’s not going to change so I made the change, started sleeping well.
Was born with a whole host of issues relating to my blood so I started watching what I eat. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, I don’t do any drugs, hell I rarely eat fast food.
I was born weak, but I became strong. I wake up at four AM and want to go back to sleep, instead I go work out. I come home after a long day and I just want to relax, I go work out. So until you’ve devoted your life to something and then still fail a million times over, never say “it’s too hard”.
THIS IS AWESOME!!! WE HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE AND MAKE THINGS BETTER BUT IT STARTS ON THE INSIDE AND ONLY YOU CAN MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏

I’ve been listening to your motivational speeches when I wake up and when I’m going to sleep. I can relate so much from this video and I am the “TACOMA KID” born and raised but thankfully my parents survived the Khmer Rouge Genocide aka “THE KILLING FIELD”. So this can’t get more clear and a sign for me to believe in myself, grind more harder, be passionate in everything that I do, touch or come across. I want to/going to be successful in all aspects which is health, wealth, mentally and spiritually. Show the way and teach my love ones and pass down family jewels to my daughter and many generations to come. So forget them naysayers, pessimistic negative people but I will do my best for me and hopefully they can see and change their narrative and toxic ways of thinking to become more optimistic. Me and my friend were omegle trolling and this guy gave a motivational speech and I had piano playing because I like it and I started crying he was an awesome guy and I hope he goes somewhere somday he really deserves it. Its makes me sad thinking I will most likely never see him again and i really wish there was somthing I could do to meet him again he was at most 20 and he was talking about abuse parents and drugs being sold around him when he was little he said that she (my friend) should start a twitch and that she has the beauty and the personality to go to the top it was really awesome even if it wasnt aimed at me
