@3fw34f Start doing jump squats, calf raises, and just practice jumping. Most of it is genetics, but if you just jump repetitively you'll gain some inches on your vert

Basketball is a offensive game, so obviously most players are known by their offensive games, but defence wins championships. Id rather be a winner then do some crazy dunks agains weak competition.
