In the eligibility section of the website, it is mentioned that the student has: "Obtained/on track to obtain *at least* a Second-Class (Upper) Honours or equivalent for bachelor’s degree" The Singapore grading system is done on a 5-point scale, so depending upon your grading system... Second-Class (Upper) Honours in the following scales are mentioned below - 4-point scale = ~ 3.2 - 3.59 5-point scale = ~ 4 - 4.49 10-point scale = ~ 7.5 - 8.7 I hope this answers your questions!

The SIPGA website doesn't exclusively state the gap between the time of application submission and the first interview call of the application however, quoting a text from the SIPGA website - "Successful applicants will be notified within 2 months after the application deadline." Okay, got it. In that case, you can apply for the 15th February deadline next year and see if you’ll be able to request your college for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to do an internship in August as well. That way you can do an internship in July-August (2 months which is the minimum duration).
