You Won't Believe its Ketchup! - Ketchup Cake Cupcakes

The other day, I saw a news article about how someone had tried the HEINZ Ketchup cake recipe that was found on the back of his ketchup bottle.
It sounded really weird, and of course I had to be the judge for myself to see if this cake was any good, or if it just tasted like ketchup.
I decided to give this recipe a spin and do this recipe in cupcakes so that I could share with others and get their opinions as well.
