The win driver for Mojo occasionally crashes when changing songs with different audio frequencies. When it crashes, Mojo would just bombast out ear-drum busting, super loud static noise. I had to go back to sound settings, reset frequencies in order for the audio to restore. Please fix the driver, although this only happens quite infrequently like ones a couple of weeks, but the blasting loud noise really hurts my ears, and I am scared of using it again. I had to default back to my old DAC, not as good, but safer for my hearing
I had the same problem on the i7 6700k, regardless of clean windows or other things, but I got an INTEL NUC with i5 1340P Win 11 and I can listen without problems at 384 000 sample rate with Equalizer APO and PEACE, in foobar I use resample SOX at 384 000 for everything ... it gives me the impression that it sounds much more defined and airy, the sounds come from nowhere ... audioholic stuff. In short... in windows, the processor is the problem when suddenly there is a static sound that breaks the ears. the problem was also on HUGO 2, HUGO TT2 and M scaler, now with i5 1340p I enjoy my ears without fear of static noise entering, I hope the information helps you
That is a shame.. mine is AMD ryzen, don’t know if Apple M series would cause the same issue This is so strange! don’t know how a processor can cause any such issues if all it does is sending data via USB, no processing or anything, what a find!
@@jmssun you are the only one who described the problem I was also facing and I couldn't find the solution, try also with a notebook with an Intel processor from the 8th generation onwards, but it should not be ultralow voltage U, something with H at least

Which Chord driver gives the best audio quality in Roon? WASAPI Exclusive or Chord ASIO 1.05? Right now I’m using the ASIO driver, but I know Roon supports the other mode as well. Products: Chord Hugo TT2 & M Scaler combo.
Hi, How about squeeze ?? I do not see Asio for DSD playback and only MME and Wasapi ... MME playback 32bit/384hz while Wasapi has not sound. Many thanks in advance. Cheers.
As a former teacher, I have to say: this isn´t good istructions: far to fast, done by someone who allready know how to act. Self evident if you know the stuff, but for me; I had to pause it many times!
it means that you are not enough of a teacher, no offense, how hard is it to give next, by the way all the drivers from hugo 2 to dave from what I have seen are the same, here I can say that it does not matter which drivers you download for each individual device

This explanation is really bad. Windows 11 doesn't look like this at all anymore. The instructions are no longer valid.
