In our Tennessee Crossroads travels we’ve driven down highway 13 in Middle Tennessee many times and spotted a roadside diner that looked interesting but we never stopped. I don't live in TN, but we have a similar diner in my hometown with an 80 year old lady who still owns the restaurant. However...they do serve vegetables.

Very VERY few places like that in So. Illinois! If I was 20 yrs. younger I would open a place like that! It would be better to continue a Diner like that, but there ain't no such animal in So. Illinois! And that is a darn SHAME!!!
