I've seen some JP tier list and they recommend to reroll for Strikers first. Although if you like dark skinned meta waifu, then let's go for Karin.
It only took roughly 12 hours in the span of 2 days, but I finally got my luckiest reroll. On the free banner I got 3 3* and they were hibiki, haruna, and iori. Don't even need to roll on banners for a while so I'm just gonna save this 8000+ pyroxenes

@@alexlee4549 Ideally, you should try to get 2-3 3*, however, if you like the one unit you got than feel free to play as some of the 1* and 2* are viable to use. In any case, good luck to you on your potential rerolls and have fun! :)

I played in JP for Many months and I can say that if you wanna do raids to get monthly pyroxhene (gacha currency) you need good units of every damage type

@@pastelmacaroon if they're farmable you can see them in the hard mode. iirc, they are not farmable, but I never really farmed for units there. As for tsubaki, I hope you find her, she 's bonkers
I've given up trying to reroll in these games. The few times I've bothered doing it I didn't end up even playing the game. Meanwhile for the games where I've gone in blind I've ended up with the likes of Arbiter Vildred on day 1, so think I'll just keep doing that.
Agree,rerolling kinda drive the excitement away as you're restarting the tutorial for countless time.

Thats because rerolling tends to take hours, if not days (usually only hardcore rerollers will do days of rerolling) so it often leads to burn out before you can even play the actual game.
Rerolling is and always will be a stupid thing to do in gacha games, considering you waste so much time rerolling and end up falling behind everyone.
Rerolling does nothing but accomplish early burn out

A rule of thumb: Gachas are predatory and bad enough when theyre GOOD, but if a gacha starts off making it difficult for you to reroll, dont even bother installing. Trust me, you wont be sorry.

Well, it surely feels 'scummy' - but if you look at it from a business-standpoint and with a more pragmatic pov it actually isn't.
Keep in mind that a vast majority of those re-rolling are basically in the f2p or low(est)-spender demographic. So it's safe to assume that in the early days of a release something like - let's say 60% - of users are causing 99.x% of server-stress doing so - with a high prevalency for them to not even stay long enough in the game to spend anything at all, or even getting relevant from a 'game health' standpoint.
Add to this, that the extra stress on servers isn't all there is to it - it's also stuff like usernames becoming unavailable en masse and similar things. Don't get me wrong - there are surely ways around those problems on a coding-basis - but IF your game already works with a system in place that uses unique usernames only, it's not that simple to disable at such a late stage. And the publishers of mobile games are often not even the developers behind them - so this makes things even worse, since it's not said that you can simply change stuff by hotfix at any given time.
Yeah, it might suck if a publisher limits re-rolling - I personally often do it because I like the process - just to test things out - knowingly that I will drop the game in a week or two anyways. But there are always other aspects and viewpoints to such things - and it's just fair (and a sign of intelligence) to at least try to understand different viewpoints instead of assuming ill-intent.
@@christopherzajonskowski7123 That's a lame excuse use, especially when there is a VERY simple solution for this: allow a reroll mechanic at the start of the game, such as exos heroes and epic 7. And more than f2p players reroll, everyone does. Even whales. The difference is that when there is no reroll mechanic, whales simply whale harder so to speak. Rerolling doesn't changes. Everyone rerolls to try to optimize their account. You didn't see epic7 having server stress issues because you could reroll inside your own account without problems. So there are ways around it, and you're mistaken in your assumption that its f2p the majority that are rerolling.

@@blkwng I'm not - that claim is based on actual market data presented by at least three different surveys if I'm not mistaken. It might be data from '19/'20 - but I'm pretty sure that such basic things haven't changed enough in the last year or so that it would make the findings irrelevant.
Especially what is considered to be 'whales' by the companies are not remotely into re-rolling and similar stuff. If at all, it's more something low- to mid-spenders are still doing - but in pure numbers, the f2p-community are outnumbering the rest massively.
You're also wrong on your assumption that I'm trying to defend anything or anyone - I'm fully aware that there WOULD be different ways to prevent such situations, but it seems that you lack the understanding of how the release/hosting of most gacha games actually work these days. It's actually more than rare that the final publisher is fully involved in the development process - that's why games like E7 (since you mentioned it as for comparison) have an easier time to actually implement the re-roll-process they seemed to work the best. But for most games that's simply not the case - the publisher often gets chosen/on board at a rather late stage in development when things can't be changed that easilly if at all. On the other hand - many gacha devs are actually rather uninformed when it comes to the actual hosting of their games - the often work with very basic development methods and practices where asset-production not only makes more than 60% of the process (while you usually calculate 10-15% at most for regular PC and console games for it) but is also a wanky process of outsourced commission-work done by random artists found on the web. In other words; many gacha devs know little to nothing about proper development and design-decisions - and they often end up with code backends which are mediocre at best - the publisher then has to work with what they get - and usually fixing the initial issues the apps have is something that comes after a grace period of the publisher checking if the game has a chance to succeed - and it's often a annoying process of back and forth - crossing language barriers - to make the devs deliver what the publisher wants - IF the devs are even capable of delivering those changes...
So - no - nobody tries to EXCUSES anything - but that's simply how the market works around gacha-games. Is it perfect? Surely not! But that doesn't change the fact that those are the rules they're playing by...

I'm aiming for Iori since she seems like the longest term unit. She's apparently really good in the raids too. If I get that artillery girl I'll stick with that account but Iori is the goal

I got haruna on my first pull, hibiki on my third, and then my luck ran dry.
I came from future, never rerolled just played the game naturaly as F2P, got only hifumi when started, now I only miss shun,lori and hina, got all other students..

I reroll in some games but not gonna bother doing it in this one. Rerolling is already annoying and when the developers make it hard to do I can't be asked. Idk why they don't just make it so you cant make a guest account and reset the account, every gacha game should have that system at least imo. Even better if they have a rerolling system in the game like Epic 7.

I gave up rerolling. You can catch up in the end. You can save so much resources and when there is a character reruns, its easy to get that character to max.

I'd personally choose Shiroko because of her low skill cost that deals single target, but attacks another enemy in range if the first target dies. Her terrain weakness is indoors and most stages I've reached are not indoors including pvp. But seems like she's only A on wiki.
She is nice for pve but i would be rerolling for raid or pvp coz eventually u will just smash through pve
Pretty sure pvp will mostly be for whales, since they have advantage for that rarity up and equipment farm, like that priconne. But I did reached top 20 before, so that's good enough already. And not sure what the raid is, if it's that big boss then she's also decent for it. That's just what I think personally.

Gah k feel like a idiot. So I rolled on the free one( obviously) and I got like 5 ( idk what they are ssr? Sr? ) gold whatever you call them and 2.... I guess rainbow watchamacallit( they were are and shun I think the names are) so know I look up a tier list after I resented my account. Find out that I pulled some really good units. So been about a day that I've been trying to get at least 2rainbows and 3 golds from the free summon. Then I'll be going for that darkskin girl in the swimsuit haha.

I had gotten Aru & Iori on my JP reroll. They were my favorites. Its kind of sad to hear they were banning people for rerolling its like they never played a gacha game. I hope global will not do that, but if they do its whatever cause I'm gonna be playing F2P. As always thanks for the video!

Bruh, the game have a simple " Reset account' in the system menu to let you reroll more easily. just log in as a guest acount, do your roll, not happy? Reset account. Login as a guest ect ect... Why are you all trying to go trough some weird loop and potentialy get banned.
Every gacha games I've played I never tried to reroll it such a hassle for me and time consuming I accept my fate ahaha
I won't be bothering with re-rolling. I rarely do anyways outside of games that allow you to do so at the very beginning. They most likely won't ban most people that just do a few re-rolls to land an a unit that they want. Those players usually are F2P and will end up falling behind anyways so they might as well try to get a good start. Perfectly okay with them banning people that are running like a dozen instances at once via emulators just for re-roll purposes as that will bog the servers down. Especially during the launch of the game.

If it comes to the pronouncation of japanese names, just go with the rule of thumb that you have the emphasis on the FIRST syllable - not the second, like it's usual in english and many other western languages. In 9/10 cases you might be correct if you apply this.
So it's not; 'TsuBAki' - or; 'HaRUna'
But more like; 'TSUbaki' & 'HAruna'

yes, she's extremely good in blue raid boss, but u should up her to 3*. Mah, she's farmable, so it's fine i think

I wish Punishing Gray Raven would let me reroll, but I learned that you can't clear the guest data by deleting and reinstalling the game, and you can't use salted emails either. So I just decided not to play that. Game developers should realize by now that rerolling is so common these days that it might as well just be a regular feature. Like SINoALICE having an infinite reroll at the start, or Epic Seven having 30 rerolls.
I rerolled in JP Blue Archive by using salted gmail accounts though. I tried around 40+ times to get both Hina and Aru until I just settled on the former.
It's not like rerolling is necessary for PGR. The only instance you would want to reroll is if you did not like the 5* you got
@@theoria555 I know, I've heard it a million times. Everyone and their mother says that rerolling is unnecessary in PGR. Obviously it's not necessary, but it's my preference. When I play gachas, I usually have specific characters that I really like and would prefer to start with. In PriConne it's Christina, Alchemy Stars was Sharona, Epic Seven was Sigret, and in PGR it's Alpha.
What possible reason can you offer where I would be happier waiting and saving cards for months for another Alpha rerun?
Lmao this dude has no patient. Pgr does not need rerolling, it is an arpg. You only need to farm for months and roll for the new banner. But if you are late then it is on you. Pgr just gives free S rank selector instead of rerolls and you can look at it on your items. This month is alpha rerun

People reroll for gachas of all genres; PGR being an ARPG means jack diddly. Farming for "only" a few months is laughable when you're saying that I have "no patient". And barring traditional rerolls under the excuse of "you should've played day one" is a terrible mindset, as not everyone follows every game and their release date. The free S rank selector has what, 5 characters to choose from? And I know that Alpha is up right now. The thing is that you can't get enough currency to reliably get her because PGR is so stingy.

@@fuzzylittlbunny you actually get enough currency to pull for every S rank units. Version updates are so far apart that you can save enough for them. If you buy the monthly pack, you can also get enough currency to pull for signature weapon. You can also get Alpha in the basic box if you save long enough to do 60(40) pulls. There are also only 7 S rank in the game and the next S rank is 2 months away so you can still save.
Now I understand that you started recently and probably missed the guaranteed alpha banner. The pickup banners rotate frequently so you just need to wait for her banner to come again if you do not have enough right now

@@VolkinYT you can easily push top 1 with non farmable units that people should focus their rerolls on as well. As long as you have shun hibiki / iori. With how rough the summon system is and how hard it is to reroll for multiple 3 stars I think haruna is bad advice to give
