I really like the section squares. I create it with Washi tape. It can get tiring because it involves some measuring. Thank you for sharing. It really helps.

Hi Alysa! Thanks for sharing. I love my Yellow Dog Design trays too. I use the section frames from Bee's Crafty Corner and I love them too, they make sectioning very easy. That pen looks lovely! Haven't tried Randa's putty yet. Can't wait for your May event. Take care of yourself! ❤

I have one yellow dog tray and I do love it. So far I have not found a putty I like. With the last couple putties I have tried, I end up picking it off the canvas. I think I will give Randa’s a try.
Yes the putty sticking to the glue can be very annoying.
I’m so much like you, I prefer short pens and I prefer light coloured tray as I DP a lot in low light. I love that apple green tray I’m going to have to order one and I love their trash drill container!

I love my Yellow Dog tray, and that is all I use. I need to find a putty that will work better as my condo is heating up, so I might look into this putty.
Yes in the warm days a firmer putty find works best. you can also store it in the fridge so it is firmer.
@thediamondstitcher Alysa, can you keep putty in the fridge for long period of time? 3 months?

Love watching your small haul videos! I’ve been watching the mad wood turning Facebook page to snag a pen in the future! I usually forget about the drops and then the ones I want are sold out 😅 I did finally get a butterfly effect wares pen though!
Thanks!! Yes sometimes mad wood pens sell out in seconds. sometimes they last a little longer. I know her drops usually end up being 12pm PST for me. Yay for snagging a BEW pen! Thats like winning the olympics!!
