I second you shahnawaz, army beside being an organisation which is known for outstanding level of bravery it is known for discipline as well. Discipline in life can be fruitful in many ways, it makes life more enriching.
If you are ordinary citizen, please don't try this at home. These are exclusively part of special endurance training - to operate in harsh conditions. Being a soldier and impersonating a soldier are two completely different thing - my visits to Kashmir and Himalayas has settled that doubt.
Marcos are the number one special force unit of India. There are 9 special forces in India. Out of that Marcos is the number one. Followed by Garud commandos.

Well MARCOS is very secretive group in indian Navy ,, even the candidates parents also don't know that their ward or child is in marcos,, & training is very tough,, there r no such real video of marcos training on the internet,, it's top secret in INS karna, vishakapatnam ,, where a man becomes a steel ,, but afterall its all the willpower , courage, boldness & strong decision ⚓,, the few the fearless
