This video shows all of the Mario Party 8, 9 & 10 minigames in Mario Party Superstars compared with their original version from the Wii and Wii U. These are the 8 minigames from Mario Party 8-10 that are included in Mario Party Superstars.

I'm so glad that they kept the aftermath scenes of Mario Party 8 minigames it was a small detail but a very good one

It's such a shame there is only 8 minigames from Mario Party 8 to 10. They had such good mini games. I hope there is a DLC that will add more mini games from those Mario Party's

You want to know why there’s only 8 ? Mario Party’s 8 and 9 were on the Wii, and 10 was on the Wii U. And what did those consoles have in common(besides the Wii name) Their big gimmick was that they relied on motion controls.

The game is speculated to have dlc.
Hopefully they add enough Wii & WiiU minigames for it to be a combined category in the minigame options.

I do appreciate they focused mainly on the old school Mario parties for mini games, but I won’t deny the more modern parties having some notable ones; I’ll list some that I want returning if we do get DLC
Mario Party 8: King of Thrill, At the chomp wash, Frozen aspects, and Cardiators
Mario party 9: Look away (Mario party 9), Pianta pool, Bobsled brigade
Mario party 10: That other goomba spotting game (I don’t remember the name)… and that’s it I can’t remember any other Mario party 10 mini games

I noticed that even though Mario party 8 and 9 are both on the Wii, they have dramatically different graphic designs. 8 looks like a GameCube Mario Party game and 9 looks like 10 for the Wii U but with a slightly lower resolution maybe.

@@gexghetto well that’s the truth about a lot of Wii games especially earlier ones. I bet that if Super Mario Galaxy were a GameCube game which would be a sacrifice for the star pointer, would look exactly the same otherwise.

I want Mario Party 8 on Switch, it was the very first Mario Party game I played, heck others I know can vouch for this to be on Switch, heck I would even pay £100 pound to get the game, when I first heard of Super Mario 3D All-Stars , I didn't hesitate, I pre-ordered that game.

​@@nesstar64 But, there's Mosh-Pit Playroom, Sick and Twisted, King of the Thrill, Frozen Asset, You're the Bomb-Omb, and much more. Plus mini games like rotation station can work on Switch controls and even mini games like balancing act can work because the Switch controllers have motion controls too.
