I'm getting an error when switching the printer the alignment fails and comes out blank will i need to replace the ink heads

I hv changed my printer heads to new one and one of it is not working with message displaying "following printhead has a problem " any way to fix it as I am still under lockdown in melbourne and can't take it out for repair.
After I cleaned the print head on my hp office jet Pro 8500 still not printing. Do you have any suggestions?
Repeat the cleaning process and then do a printhead cleaning in the maintenance section of the printer. That will push the ink back into the system.
i lost the door to my 8500A allinone printer so it keeps saying close the cartridge door, is there a way to by pass that
No unfortunantly, try to buy a door from eBay.
After replacing the printheads, I get an error to reinstall the black print head. Nothing has worked to get past that screen.
Your printer may be past its usable life then.

I bought the new printhead new ink but when I start my printer I get the error code 0060 and not working.. Light is flashing.

hallo i am technician have hp officejet pro 8500 i fix it ( service ) 1 year , it whas working ok for months now is not recognise at all the black/yellow head is the secont time , bought refusbied from alyexpress is still not working , the other head it print 6 pages after 3 days, something smell like plastic overheat the head or electronic and the printer make error falashing , i dont know i must open to see , i clean the contacts the problem is the same it cant recognise the 1 head the other is ok , in service menu is e error 0xc00e0003 you know what is ? and i did diassemple the printer and i see the small board wich connect the heads i clean it but i dind see any burning cyrcut , i checked all the cable tapes for problem ,after i test the printer i fint out the 2 heads i hade before B/Y are burnt near the nozzle i dint find out yet from where is the problem is over current but i dont know why , do you know something about this to help me ?
I don’t have an error code...It just won’t use the ink...Like each color is clogged...blue come a little...Brand new HP cartridges...How do you unclog?

You need to replace your ink cartridges.

What if it gives a cartridge jam error and it's a false error that prevents printing???

Print heads are expensive why would you not try to clean it before you replace it? Makes no sense. What do you have to lose?
Yes I now recommend cleaning the printhead. I should have a video on my channel for a similar printhead cleaning video.
I used Costco refills and my printer read something to the effect that the cartridges were fake and caused my printer not to print. So then I purchased HP cartridges and it still won't work and I can't reach anyone at HP - any suggestions.
The issue is the Printhead itself if you click on one of the links in the description and search for your printer model Printhead you will find it.
