Hi mate, the fitting on your egr delete is for a turbo gauge! And the two vacuum pipes you can get rid of or just blank it.

What could cause no vac to turbo
Did on my defender td5 but have to put egr back on for mot as it will fail without it. Allisport make one that plugs exhaust gas return so pipe stays in place.
This is where the discovery's, otherwise useless engine cover, comes into its own, as they are not permitted to look under it. That doesn't mean some "green loonie" won't demand that all diesels are checked to see if they are still fitted at some later date.

How is the engine now two years later? Did you get and benefit from the blanking? Did you install a catch can too?

One was blanked off and another was used for the CDL locker switch I have installed
Spare for Boost gage
With the cooler do you have to blank that off at each end or can that be left
No leave it, I’ve now took the fan off so I can get to the bolts on the cooler. Take the cooler off completely and give it all a good clean mate 👍

Why not just slip a blanking plate in? Leave all the rest of the crap.
If it’s not being used just remove it
Where did u get the light bar for the 4 spots on ur roof?
It came with it when I bought it, but I think you can get them from jgs4x4
