What I love most about this is Rampals reactions and the kind of teacher he was. He was so good at reading body language and could make you laugh. Rampal was my childhood influence to play the flute and how to be a good human being. Wish i could have studied with him. Congrats, Tadeu!
Mr. Coelho: I remember, as a 17yo freshman student of Mindy Kaufman at Columbia University, being in the audience for your thrilling and excellent performance!
Impressive! The intensity of the performance is exciting to watch and listen to. What any flutist would give to have gained knowledge from JPR in person.
@@tadeucoelho4429 So true. Love him or hate him, he was incredibly influential on the US flute world. I often wonder how he would have continued to do so. I miss him. And it would be great to see you - any travel plans once it can be done safely again?
Tadeu, comentei no início do vídeo.
@@songandwind72 Sure there are harder pieces (never said there weren't), but the licks in Chant de Linos will stay amongst the most difficult to execute.
I didn't understand, it´s was a master class or it was a show? I´m so confused as JPR. I guess that I know, it was a master class for the Pianist, of course that I´m kidding...lol
I love the way Mr Rampal is looking at him!
When I Listen to such a good playing I feel a deep joy.
Thank you!

Usually, JPR had his gold flute in hand to demonstrate what he wanted. Obviously with you, only words were sufficient! Bravo!
Thank you!

Impressive preparation! I can hear TN's influence. Bravo. You've come a long way since then, but you were already well on the road.
Thanks, Dave. Tom Nyfenger had a great impact not only on my playing!

Que incrível Tadeu!! 😍😍 Bravo !

There you have the most difficult lick in all flute-dom, executed twice, back to back. I think Linda Chesis approves...??
Perhaps it used to be but not there are much harder pieces.
