STELLA-1.2 RS plugin

The Remote Sensing module has a spectrometer with 18 bands from 410-940nm at 20nm full width at half max (FWHM), a broadband thermal sensor, and 4 meter Lidar!
Note that there is a cuvette holster to introduce fluid spectroscopy.
