Just want to say that it is also okay to say you can't/don't want to hear more about another's anxiety at that time. We all need room to be human.
The western christianity has been a breeze so much so we have not prepared ourselves when the tide of life is turned against us. Perhaps we can learn from the persecuted christians how to rely on God to live with easy yoke.
