Only problem ive had with this box is that if its idle for a while i have to unplug and restart or it wont play my video files. Unsure why it will play the files but then later decide the files are incompatible unless i do this. Temperature? Ram issue? Whatever it is its annoying. Wasnt doing this when i first started using it.

when the guy's testing eye pea tv and says the channels were not transmitting in 4k,it wasnt' the box,it was the crappy channel list he was using. Put a good full hd eye pea tv channel list on this box and it will shine. I say full hd,cause i've yet to see a real 4k eye pea tv channel provider anywhere
Pls check your iptv server or internet connection. Nowadays most servers are having issues

It is a weird device. It has mobile phone's version of playstore, you cannot install playstore for android tv. Some tv apps also don't work even if you side load them

A good receiver other than the temperature. Business thinks a lot about the Arctic regions only. It is not suitable for Saudi Arabia and hot regions.
