  • Kiwi drift legend Fanga Dan marked 20 years in the sport with his 3rd 'Drift King' title - winning the 2022 Valvoline D1NZ Drifting Championship Series.
Piloting his Coyote V8 powered Ford Mustang RTR, the drifting veteran battled with hard-charging young blood across 6 events - eventually scoring enough points to secure the series win.
Fanga and the FDC Motorsport team yet again marked history as the first driver to win the D1NZ Series in three different chassis, a Nissan Silvia S15 (2006), the first V8 to win the series - a Holden VZ Commodore (2013) and now, the first ever factory-backed Ford to win the trophy in 2022.
What's in store for 2023? The Roush Yates 3-wheel monster is coming back!
