Hey lovelies💕💕 Today I will be making Jamaican Jerk shrimp rasta pasta. It is creamy dish tossed with Caribbean style jerk shrimp and sauteed bell peppers. This dish is so full of flavor, and makes a great weeknight dinner that can be made in just half an hour! It’s creamy, rich, spicy, and cheesy.
This dish is Jamaican inspired with the 3 colored bell peppers and the jerk seasoning, it’s a very comforting pasta dish that has all the cream and cheese that you need to feel good. It also has a strong flavor, and a lovely spicy kick that will make you want to have this pasta all the time!

If lactose intolerant, can we use coconut milk instead of heavy whipping cream? Also what other substitute can be used instead of the parmesan cheese?

Hey💕💕 I’m definitely not sure hence these are all the ingredients I know can make it. There’s nothing to substitute cheese that I’m aware of. You can try google and see.
