It really tingles me and I am in love with your video! About how to do it I guess there is no formula, you should just do whatever you feel more comfortable... So rock it! Yours was very good, even with your doubts, I love it! Congrats, hope you do it more, I will see all of it! 💖
I feel you with the anxiety. I have really bad Generalized anxiety disorder. I like the chaotic triggers for the tingles, but I also like the slower stuff as well.
