    Hey, love your test videos. You should do one with bone on versus bone off, versus bone attached or tied with string, as the science of it would be interesting to know, and everyone always says to do so but we never see evidence why we should. (Yes we all know marrow tastes good but still, attached is not mixed in)

    Personally I think you should have cooked them separately in their own pan. The wagyu juices will be melting into other burgers so not 100% fair. But ur prob right not much of a difference in taste for the price

    Would it make more difference if it wasn't a smash burger, but a thicker burger where internal texture may come in to play more?
