Bakersfield lawmakers are in a crossroad: Genderfied or stay the same ... without genderfication there is no progression. Right now not one lawmaker wants to go through genderfication. Infrastructure is suffering because of the big boom population pre 2022, if no progress happens population will begin to decrease in the next 3-4 years ... and we're stuck in pluff pieces like these reminiscing how great Bakersfield look back in the day
