My husband passed away several years ago. I was grieving for a long time. But every once in a while I'll fix his favorite dinner (lasagna), watch a movie that we both really liked, and think about all the great times we had. These are our 'date nights'. It hurts to lose a loved one, but if we keep good memories of them, then they're never really gone. ❤️
Being single is hard sometimes, but I'm learning to take care of myself. My single date night includes a hot shower - unfortunately, I don't have a bathtub-, sushi, a Studio Ghibli movie and warm blankets. I brew some tea, listen to music and sometimes dance around the house. Heaven on Earth!
I do date nights alone a lot since my boyfriend is always on the road as a truck driver. I love a good movie and a facial mask. Love your Vlogs. Always so calming and peaceful. I’ll be binge watching them more as I start college again Monday after being accepted yesterday. I’ll be working on my Bachelor’s degree for Game Programming and Design

Had a date night last night with the hubby. It was at a New Orleans inspired restaurant that was gifted to us by an aunt. We were married in New Orleans, so it meant a lot to eat food that reminded us of our wedding day!

Before Covid-19 & the arrival of my son, my husband & I often go to watch midnight movie. Now we spend our night in our room, listening to nursery rhymes with our 2yo son. We rarely go out at night now, so we often have a lunch date instead, then bring our son to indoor playground.

I do my hair, put on some makeup, Just like I did when we were dating! He dresses up too! Going to museum or art gallery, listening to live music, going out for fancy desserts and drinks, a picnic, brunch, dinner, or a road trip to a fun destination, or checking out a new city are a few of the things that we enjoy doing.
