A pretty good way to tell if Red Robin's avaliable or not is by the water on Yorik's Resting Place. If it's purple, then it's not obtainable at the moment. If it's red, it is obtainable.
Btw the days follow the british timezone, so if you can't get the skin after some hour in your timezone, then it's probably because it's not that specific date in the UK anymore.
