i don't have ADHD, but i'm autistic and i love it when you give us tasks, especially when you use cards/your ipad to ask us questions... the colorfulness of it all is so relaxing
@@Mart_was_herethats right! It’s so annoying to be treated like a kid or like a puppy that has two brain cells. I think that her asmr is the best because she doesn’t treat us like that but like actual humans
Real question tho, its still fast (no that fast asmr but still) is it really helping? (i don't know that much about adhd) but I feel like since adhd is about concentration issues (maybe i'm wrong) isn't it stressful to have so many task? I really want to improve my knowledge hope its not wrong to me to ask that sorry if it is..
omg same (everything except for the autism) a couple adhd asmrs i've watched before are all just random objects with like a minute in between but i love it when they like give us tasks and feels hypnotizing when the asmrtist waves an object or their hands around that camera and my eyes are stuck on it i think THAT'S the stuff that relaxes me lmao
I don't have ADHD but you're so kind and acknowledge people with specific problems like I love how you have videos for every single person!💗 Keep making these. 🫶🏼
I know I’m not the only one who has said this; but it’s such a relief to see slower ASMR meant for us with ADHD. A lot of ASMR meant for us is far too fast and aggressive, so your videos are always a nice change of pace. (Literally.) Thank you 🫶
I agree! I've only just found these types of videos today but the more aggressive ones I've watched were not at all what I was expecting. It felt like they were talking to us like we are stupid or like they were yelling/clapping in our faces the whole time. This channel definitely has the best ones that I've seen so far.
I di have ADHD and I HATE long and slow triggers, normally ADHD asmr is just fast and agressive (wich I enjoy) but this one is calmer, it’s just so nice that a “ADHD asmr” dosen’t have to be fast and agressive it can also be calm and soothing❤
I feel so safe and comfortable watching your videos, seeing you create content for people with specific needs. It’s like stepping into virtual safe space. Thank you. ☺️
Zeneia I didn’t think your ADHD videos could get any better because they were already amazing… but wow you did it. I was captivated that whole time and especially having something to count and find as the video went on was super helpful at keeping my attention. Honestly love you and your videos sm ❤️
I was put off at first, I was about to skip ahead - I don't like bright lights, but then I realised she was saying look away so I stuck through it and actually liked it, dont know what it was about it.. Though I wouldn't mind if the light was maybe coloured or something less bright.
I like how you don’t treat us like children and ask the same questions insanely slowly “so we can understand” but you go through it quickly, promptly, and ask questions. I started off disliking it but I found myself paying attention to this better than I ever have to anything! I love this ♥️ I’m not autistic, but your asmr for people with autism was awesome too!
I want to cry! I have looked for videos for people with adhd and I know everyone can experience it differently but it seems like they base their videos on the stereotypes of adhd and not what it actually is. You are the first and only person so far that I have found who is making accurate videos! Thank you! 😊
As someone who has ADHD, I have to say I love your vids and you really help people by calming them when they have anxiety and/or anger issues, ADHD and/or autism etc. 😊 tysm for continuing to post, I really hope you don’t stop for a long time (if you do I understand though), I enjoy your ASMR so much❤❤😊😊 ✨
your videos are very special. I haven't seen any other ASMRtist quite like you :) I always enjoy your videos and feel very comforted and safe when I watch them.
I really like how you don’t do the triggers too fast because I can still focus for a few seconds but most creators who make ADHD videos too fast and then it gets overwhelming, but you didn’t do that and I really like that you didn’t go too fast❤
I love the repeating the sound trigger hope to see more and longer part of it in more videos! I been looking for a video with that trigger. Nothing to do with the sound but the focusing and repeating back either in my head or tapping on something really calms my mind.
This ASMR video was just soo relaxing and tingly, it was like fast and focus ASMR but slow and at a super relaxing pace, as much as i like fast and agressive this was so good for a change!! 🩷
This type of ASMR is really incredible :) It attracts a very large audience, it's cool to think about people with disabilities. Thanks to you, your triggers are great :)
as a person who finds it very difficult to focus on something for a long time, i adore such videos, because after them i can do one thing for a long time, for example, study. i say thanks to you under almost every video and i'm ready to thank you again and again for how you make my life better. 🫶❤ ps i hope you have a good time in japan, we will be waiting for the vlog!! 🌸
omg the "is this with an e?" at 0:52 surprised me bc people misspell mine most of the time, and it's always the e that they get it wrong on XD anyway, looking forward to this one!
I have ADD and I struggle with having to do multiple tasks at once (like early today I had to get something from a top shelf and I had to use the step stool and I completely forgot to put the step stool away after I used it and just left it in the middle of the walkway) so I’m very happy that you are constantly reminding us to stay focused on something
Very good video ! i love that you are not super fast and give a time to think. Most “asmr adhd” videos are super super fast that i don’t have time to think😭😭
I loved that you specifically told us not to look at the flashlight. Usually, ASMRists tell you to look at the light, but this bothers my eyes and is very overwhelming.
Thank you so much for this! I’m currently very late but it’s nearly 4am and I desperately need sleep since I’m going to town with my friends tomorrow and I know I’ll definitely be able to rest!!❤
You're getting closer and closer to 200k, I'm so happy for you🥹🫶🏻 Have fun in Japan, my dream destination since I was a child, hope I can visit Japan one day too. You should stare w us your experience there🤏🏻🩷
I don't really like labels but I was diagnosed with ADD when I was younger and I really enjoy video's like this one! Would you consider making one for people with PTSD too? Sorry if you already made one and I didn't see it😬
i love youre videos! im autistic and adhd and they just work well with my brain. it helps me to relax before bed! and i counted the flower 8 times i think
If anyone didn’t forget- I saw the flower 7 times. That’s probably not right but I had it held up on my fingers lol. Ngl I love how fast some of these triggers are slower ones keep my adhd brain awake haha
Hey I love your videos, can you maybe make a video for people with like an obsession with hygiene like ocd with hygiene(idk if this has a particular name) ?
The background noise must be annoying to record with lol thanks for the video it’s so annoying with the things you can’t help ❤ I have adhd asd and lots more thank you for existing your videos are a lifesaver
i love this video so much, but everytime i have to tell numbers fast, makes me wanna cry, i just can't, i feel so lost and having not enough time for me to answer the numbers is really 😢
We’re going to Japan in 2 days!!!🇯🇵🫶🏼 would you like to watch an ASMR vlog or an ASMR video with a beautiful view there?🫣✨🌸

Same! Hi fellow members of the Tism’ Team 🤣
I HAVE BOTH
Love how she doesn't even have a long intro. Just straight to the point
As someone who's diagnosed with ADHD (and possibly has autism) this is really nice. Most ADHD asmrs are way too fast and overwhelming.
