this is actually so nostalgic because my dad is a doctor and I remember those times when I used to get sick as a kid and he would do this kind of check-up to me and he was always so funny and goofing around all the time, so I don't stress. I bet his patients love him too haha ❤
There is such gentleness in this video. The comfort and care any child needs when they are sick is the same comfort and care we still need as adults. Watching this coincidently as I deal with a stomach bug 😞and really appreciating the kindness and relaxation this video provides. A big thanks 🙏 and here’s another vote for more dad doctor videos. ❤
This Dr. Dad video was the sweetest one so far. The little lessons you did throughout the check up were great. It made me curious what age the "kiddo" is. When you called them Pumpkin it reminded me of my dad. That's what he'd call me a lot.

This was amazing, not only did I grow up without a dad but I’ve always had a fear of the doctor so this was the perfect match!
I have a 15 year old cat named Diamond and she is the BEST nurse kitty! Any time I or my kids are sick, she is right there snuggled up against us in bed or in our lap purring away to make sure we felt better. She is the best cat 🐈⬛️
Hi! I was wondering if you could ever do a video on foster children? As one myself I struggle to find a comforting presence in my life, and it would be nice to have a video for my situation. Maybe just one Ike the viewer gets a new placement and it happens to be with you? Maybe just going through the introduction, how things work, and maybe a situation where the viewer struggles with overcoming trauma responses and things like that. I know a lot of us out there are looking for a safe space, somewhere that we feel comfortable with talking to our foster families when we have nightmares, or are thinking about our parents, or even just struggling with the whole foster system. Another idea could be a kind of angsty one, foster kids are usually quiet, scared, and angry when we get a new placement, I tend to snap at people, but it comes out of a fear of rejection, attachment, or betrayal. I know I’m rambling but I love your videos and would hope maybe this could be a possibility one day. Thank you for all that you do!

Jeremiah,thank you for this super calming video. I love how relaxing it is and how that caring attention takes me back to my childhood, to being sick and cared for. Being a teacher, i have also been on the giving end of care and gentleness goes a long way with a little one that's sick. That little one is still inside of all of us and needs comfort. The sound of the spoon stirring the soup and the blowing on the soup to cool it down, brought back memories of cups of warm milk with honey, a remedy my parents used a lot when i was little and dealing with colds. Thank you 🙏. This video is like a warm blanket to my soul.
