hey please do they clean the kitchen regularly and what type of room do you advice?
Heyy,
Yes they do clean the kitchens but I’m not sure how often as this wasn’t offered the year I stayed in shared flats. If you are a very tidy person and like your own space, I would really recommend a studio. Shared flats are ideal for making friends, but its a hit or miss. Some people are best friends with their flatmates and others don’t even talk to them. Personally, the year I stayed in a studio I had a wayy better year at uni. Hope that helped x

@@diaaamxnd did it get messy all the time😂 also I’m confused between nova and vantage. Which one I should go for.
@@poojarayakwar9667 Depends on your uni? If its NTU I would say Nova because it seems nice as well and its close to that campus but if you’re going to UON I would say the Vantage. Look at the amenities/whats near to each and what you would like better. I personally don’t think you should judge it based on the shared kitchen alone because that simply depends on the other people you get 🤣. Couple of my flatmates were disgusting and other flats had clean people. Its just random tbh.
There is an accommodation called StudyInn, there’s two, one on UoN campus and one in the city center (closer to NTU) and at the UoN one, they clean the shared kitchen areas everyday! …not sure about the one near NTU though, but maybe look into that? Hope I helped xx

hey i’m going to UON this september and thinking of booking this accommodation is it good??? and is it diverse
For me personally the facilities are good and proximity to the station, tram stops etc is good as well. There is an accommodation directly beside The Vantage though (10 Traffic Street) and I believe the facilities there seems better (the interior decor/ aesthetics and cleanliness), the only thing which I would say is better at the Vantage is the gym. If you aren’t a gym person then I would recommend staying at 10 Traffic Street instead…I believe its also cheaper than the Vantage. In terms of diversity, there are a lot of international students, obviously students from the UK and also a mix between Trent students and UoN students. I hope that helped xx
