They look young, i thought. We sat down and the examiner said ' you are all sitting your car test today, except for one person doing their hgv test. When you have finished the paper, go back and check it all. Then you can hand it in. You have one hour'. 30 minutes later , i had finished it ( except one question about the height of electric cables above petrol tankers ! ) I checked it , then put my hand up. She looked at me and said ' finished? bring it here then '. So i got up, handed it in, she flipped through it quickly and said i could go. It was about 6 or 7 steps to the door. As i'm walking , she said to the people there " That was the hgv driving test. It's hard. Yours is easy. And he finished before you'. As i reached the door and turned the handle , i sneaked a quick look back. Almost all of them were looking at me in shock , and i couldnt help smiling, as i walked out the door. I have never felt so smug in all my life:) I passed the test and drove artics for about 6 months , until the company opened a warehouse next to a railway centre , and they stopped using artics. Ive taken many tests over the years , passing each one , but that's the one i'll *always* remember :)

If someone is calling, it ist most likely a Spammer or not a grown-up and 99,9% of the calls are unimportant anyways and could be send as text. So, don't disturb adults with unimportant things like calls and reach out via Signal, when the Textmessage can be read when the receiving person has the time to do it, not when the caller by chance has time.
