The emergence of guys like either SVN & Kasak & the development of Caleb Henson. As much as we're all rooting for Sasso, sadly, he won't be winning a natty
157- Mesenbrink wins. No question about it. Levi moves to 165 where he wins a championship UNLESS he redshirt to make way for Facundo then I'd say Mikey Caliendo wins it. Mike Long...give me your thoughts on who wins in this scenario at 165.
Alirez also beat Bartlett 6-0 at senior nats I think Beau is fighting an up hill battle beating him. Jesse is only going into his third year of college so I think he should still have a steady rate of improvement vs beau going into year 5?

@@duanestephen9494 Barr is a beast. Followed him a lot in high school the Davison high kids are studs. Idk too much about the others but watched some of Ryder he is promising too
He’s never going to win a title in college. Only because he doesn’t 100% focus on wrestling. He has football (which is understandable) and with that his conditioning whines a bit.
125: Lilledahl unless Ben davino can make 125 133: Crookham 141: Alirez 149: Henson (True sophomore will still be making jumps) 157: Meyer improves on bottom doesn't keep getting concussed and improves his tank 165: MM I don't think he loses again 174: KOT (Carter does not like school I don't think its a matter of not wanting to wrestle a full season) 184: PK 197: Stephen little/Id like to add if christian carroll goes down to 197 I think he does some serious damage 285: Greg if he comes back Feldman if not
Even if Ben could make 125 he’d loses to Lilledhal lmfao. Don’t think he makes the cut though. 133 is perfect for him. If Meyer gets his freaken head together (literally) I think he wins it. Unless he wrestles Messenbrink then I don’t see him winning with the pace, his gas tank isn’t there yet.
Doesn't Aeoden Sinclair have another year of highschool? Like he's going to the last chance Olympic qualifier because he wasn't old enough for senior nationals this year
Also really sucks having kasak and van ness there so imagine bumping some up! 125- Luke 133- Davis/Nago wrestle off 141- Bartlett 149- kasak 157- van ness 165- Haines 174- Mitch 184- Carter vs Parker must see 197- mirasola 285- Greg
I look forward to it love the videos! Definitely starting to think Carter won't come back so thinking barr but also interested in videos saying Levi and mitch might swap! Also if van ness is healthy I pick him to beat kasak close and so I'm starting to think kasak will redshirt so interesting look forward to hearing your guys take🙏🏿
These are some interesting predictions to say the least. DeVos going from 5th to 1st isn’t unheard of but with quality competition like Rocco Welsh, Lennox Wolak, Edmond Ruth and Benjamin Pasiuk returning it wouldn’t necessarily be who I think will win. I’d say the same about Lovett, he might be “over the hill” so to speak. A lot of these guys who have been in college for awhile are having a hard time finishing and I think Lovett could be in that group. Hard fall to 6th and Henson, Kasak, Waters are all young guys who will just be getting better. I think the Berge prediction is the boldest. Parker is rock solid and has only 6 losses in his career while also having over 100 wins. Berge had 7 losses last year alone.
125: will be fairly open again. Outside of Knox or Lillendahl for incomers I think Braedon Davis wins 133: I’m on the Crookham train over Ragusin 141: I think Alirez repeats over Bartlett. But Beau can win if he stops trying to win by defensive mentality. 149: I think it’s Shane Van Ness over Lovett in the finals. Kasak will redshirt and drop back to 141 157: If it weren’t for a concussion I think Shapiro makes the finals but loses to Haynes this year… next year I have him over Haynes 165: Mesenbrink over Hamiti in the finals 174: Since many have said Starocci dislikes school and doesn’t care to be the only 5x ever I think KoT wins here. Welch could win if he stops emulating Alex Marinelli… that defensive rarely attack mentality only works on down years 184: Parker over Plott in a rematch 197: This is tough… Buchanan has the inside track but I just think Elam upsets him in the finals. Hwt: If GK is back he wins hands down. If he doesn’t I think Hendrickson over Feldman happens for an AF NC
125-figs 133-crookham 141-alirez 149-van ness 157-meyer 2nd teemer 165-haines 174-otoole 184-parker 197-665 lbs deadlift lol 285-kerk if he doesnt return feldman. Ive lost hope in cohlton a little bit too much. He needs to drop greco and focus on college. The larkin brothers are the real deal. Kyler was turning around that match was jax too.
Personally I find his style of playing the edge and hanging out there to be super annoying. I think people start to figure him out a bit and he gives up more stall points. Or we see a vito Crookham situation where vito forced him to wrestle in the middle
As of right now at 133 Veto is the person to beat.. I don’t see him losing only unless Bo Bartlett cuts weight down to 133 and Van Ness goes down to 141 and 149 Tyler gets the Win at NCAA for the Chip for Penn St
Shayne Van Ness would have won 149 had he not been injured. Had a convincing win over Henson last year. Early season win over Parco, while close, was convincing. Also not sure why a close match at 149 with Parco would be a mark against anyone, Parco is tough. SVN was looking leaner and more athletic than last year - hoping he can come back healthy for PSU. If healthy, he’s a smidge better than Kasak, who will either RS or cut to 141 if Beau leaves. MM beats Starocci at 74 kilos but Carter wins at 174 lbs - how’s that for baby splitting
@@jerrylance4932 Of course. I think Crookham vs Bailey is gonna be a great potential final next year. But it depends on growth and if these guys can maintain the weight. I felt like Crookham was really big for 133
I agree with this. Levi seemed to be struggling with the weight cut and that impacted his conditioning, meanwhile Mitchell was a little undersized for 165
174- Starocci 184- Josh Barr gets his 1st of 4 championships 197- Cardenas unless Mirasola wrestles then he wins his 1st of 4 national championships 285- Kerkvliet will return to get a 2nd title
@duanestephen9494 Zach Ryder is going 184...but it's still gonna be a crazy one. I believe Cochran starts but Mirasolas redshirt will be tested with spot duty to determine who's gonna be the guy. They did it with Haines & Barraclough then Kasak & Evans. Cael will test them to the end before someone gets it for good. Those early season tournaments will be good too because those wrestlers enter unattached and teammates wrestle...best wrestle offs are in live tournaments
@@dramaking9377 Josh Barr is already at 184. I am wondering how many current members will be following Levi and Tyler this offseason to M2. Ryder has already been there this past year training instead of high school wrestling (like Levi and Tyler before). PJ Duke has already commented he is thinking of doing that also, and I think I read Henckel is considering it also.
While Ridge is a tremendous wrestler, he will be entering year 6. As we’ve seen from wrestlers that are well into their later seasons, success is not on their side. Too many miles on the body. He might even regress next season to where he was this year.
1.) Shane Van Ness took 3rd just like Kasak. But beat Henson the current National Champ. 2.) Using his match with Kyle Parco as an Anti- feat somehow is brain dead. It’s the beginning of the year, people peak, and get better towards the end (some don’t). 3.) 11:33 Van Ness controlled majority of that match. Like Spencer Lee vs Branden Courtney or Spencer Lee vs Nick Suriano, or Nick Suriano vs Pat Glory, it was a 5-1 dec. It wasn’t a major but minus the score the match was in Van Nesses favor the whole time. Shane Van Ness is only getting better. Injury def set him back and I can definitely see Kasak getting it done. But I think Shane comes back with a chip and get his original spot back. Kasak can just redshirt. Wait for Bartlett to leave and slide into 141.
@@michaellong2595 I agree completely. However, look at Yianni who suffered one his freshman year, then proceeded to win 3 more titles. Or Starocci who just recently won one (we don’t know his injury though) I think Van Ness has all the talent in the world to bounce back. But I guess we can just wait and see.
@@combatspeed6392 That’s a very good point, Penn States approach and Iowas are worlds apart. If I had to guess, I’d say Carter had an ACL test and look how great they handled that.
If Messenbrink couldn’t get passed, Carr…. Why the hell would Starocci lose??? Hello? Are we going to act like Starocci wasn’t injured the whole time. HE HIMSELF said he was on crutches. Obviously he’s not going to be as conditioned lmfao. Common sense tells me Starocci takes Messenbrink for now. Especially when Carter isn’t known to even get gassed lmao. He’a had multiple overtime bouts with Mekhi his conditioning is crazy.
Hes gassed multiple times this season before the injury. Could have been flu related. The 1st time he wrestled Welsh he stalled and backed up the entire 3rd. Hard to tell for sure cuz we saw rare glimpses of Carter at 100% this season
125 Luke Lilledal 133 Ryan Crookham 141 Andrew Allirez/ Kasak/Jessie Mendez 149 Andrew Allirez/Kasak 157 Myer Shapriro 165 Mitchel Messinbrink 174 Carter Starocci/Keegan O'Toole 184 Parker Keckiesan 197 Mirasola you guys are on crack 265 Greg Kerkvliet
@michaellong2595 that may happen. Myer might go up too. If he is smart he will to avoid the concussions. I think a healthy Myer beats Haines but not Messinbrink.
@@bilbobaggins7095 I went back and forth on who would win between them this year, but Levi seems to be getting better. I’m gonna go with my heart and say he still beats Meyer, although he’s one hell of a wrestler.
I don't agree about the Carr-Mesenbrink final. The match shouldn't have been that close, the ref was way too eager to call stalling on Carr. All those stalls forced Carr to riskier positions that Mesenbrink exploited to close the gap. It should have been a 3 point Carr win.
In the end the Stalling points helped Carr. The score would not have been tied at the end and Messenbrink would have scored an additional takedown in the 3rd to either take the lead or atleast tie things up (including the rt point) to send the match to OT.
@@jackmcg0I think the same. Both Nagao and Davis are pretty similar in terms of both being decent in neutral. Nagao smokes Davis on top, while Braeden has never been ridden out before (kid has a good series on bottom). So that cancels out. So it’s all decided on the feet.
@@xzjayz7925 Penn State's got some big hitters coming up next season from HS. Davis and Nagao both have some competition in the wrestling room next season. Here is the list (so far): Luke Lilledahl - Committed high school senior. Ranked #6 nationally at 126lbs. Mason Gibson - Committed high school senior. Ranked #20 nationally at 132lbs. Joseph Sealey - Committed high school senior. #12 P4P nationally. Cole Mirasola - Committed high school senior. #20 P4P nationally. Conner Mirasola - Committed high school senior (Connor won two state titles and took first at the past two Fargo’s. He also finished second at the U17 World Team Trials twice).
@@kawikajones9436 I think Lilledahl takes the spot. I think Gibson is very undersized for 133 and don’t think he’ll beat out Nagao. So unless he cuts to 125 which he won’t cause he won’t beat out Lilledahl or Davis. He’s going to have to put on some size. I think he’ll be hard to score on though since he’s so compact, kinda of like Daton Fix. Joseph Sealey won’t be starting his freshman year. They’ll prob redshirt him. He has Messenbrink, Haines, and Fucundo in his way. (His best chance is beating Fucundo). Conner will probably start. Cole might redshirt.
@@kawikajones9436 Also Lilledahl isn’t #6 at 126 lbs. I believe he’s 3 or might even be 2 now after beating Jax Forrest and Seth Mendoza. So that’s a BIG pick up for penn state considering he’s also a silver U20 medalist, also beat an NCAA runner up and AA in Branden Courtney. Kids def talking that 125 spot. I think Braeden has serious potential to take Nagao’s spot though. But I think they redshirt Davis.

What do you guys think about Ben Keuter? By the way gents todays episode had me rolling with yall just gaslighting Mike L
He’s never going to win a title in college. Only because he doesn’t 100% focus on wrestling. He has football (which is understandable) and with that his conditioning whines a bit.
@@xzjayz7925Exactly this. Ben is a great wrestler, but even the best can’t be half in and half out and expect to win it all.
125: Lilledahl unless Ben davino can make 125
133: Crookham
141: Alirez
149: Henson (True sophomore will still be making jumps)
157: Meyer improves on bottom doesn't keep getting concussed and improves his tank
165: MM I don't think he loses again
174: KOT (Carter does not like school I don't think its a matter of not wanting to wrestle a full season)
184: PK
197: Stephen little/Id like to add if christian carroll goes down to 197 I think he does some serious damage
285: Greg if he comes back Feldman if not
Even if Ben could make 125 he’d loses to Lilledhal lmfao. Don’t think he makes the cut though. 133 is perfect for him.
If Meyer gets his freaken head together (literally) I think he wins it. Unless he wrestles Messenbrink then I don’t see him winning with the pace, his gas tank isn’t there yet.
@@xzjayz7925 he beat jax twice and blaze I think he can go with lilledahl personally
Doesn't Aeoden Sinclair have another year of highschool? Like he's going to the last chance Olympic qualifier because he wasn't old enough for senior nationals this year
Sinclair is a currently a senior at Milton High School in Wisconsin so he will be in college next year unless he plans to take a freestyle gap year.
Also really sucks having kasak and van ness there so imagine bumping some up!
125- Luke
133- Davis/Nago wrestle off
141- Bartlett
149- kasak
157- van ness
165- Haines
174- Mitch
184- Carter vs Parker must see
197- mirasola
285- Greg
We are gonna do a Penn State lineup video but this looks pretty close to what it’ll look like already.
I look forward to it love the videos! Definitely starting to think Carter won't come back so thinking barr but also interested in videos saying Levi and mitch might swap! Also if van ness is healthy I pick him to beat kasak close and so I'm starting to think kasak will redshirt so interesting look forward to hearing your guys take🙏🏿
Cade DeVos wins@ 174lbs, Ridge Lovett @ 149 lbs, Bennett Berge upsets Kekieson @184... Starocchi is going up to 197...
Outside of Knox or Lillendahl for incomers I think Braedon Davis wins
133: I’m on the Crookham train over Ragusin
141: I think Alirez repeats over Bartlett. But Beau can win if he stops trying to win by defensive mentality.
149: I think it’s Shane Van Ness over Lovett in the finals. Kasak will redshirt and drop back to 141
157: If it weren’t for a concussion I think Shapiro makes the finals but loses to Haynes this year… next year I have him over Haynes
165: Mesenbrink over Hamiti in the finals
174: Since many have said Starocci dislikes school and doesn’t care to be the only 5x ever I think KoT wins here. Welch could win if he stops emulating Alex Marinelli… that defensive rarely attack mentality only works on down years
184: Parker over Plott in a rematch
197: This is tough… Buchanan has the inside track but I just think Elam upsets him in the finals.
Hwt: If GK is back he wins hands down. If he doesn’t I think Hendrickson over Feldman happens for an AF NC
125-figs
133-crookham
141-alirez
149-van ness
157-meyer 2nd teemer

197-665 lbs deadlift lol
285-kerk if he doesnt return feldman. Ive lost hope in cohlton a little bit too much. He needs to drop greco and focus on college.
The larkin brothers are the real deal. Kyler was turning around that match was jax too.
Gabe Arnold would NOT have taken 3rd at 184..
Maybe 3 correct!
Could Parker go 197 and still win it? I’m going with Ferrari.
I don’t see AJ coming back to college.
Crookham will graduate the same age as fix minimum
Anybody wrestling in PA when he was knows the know
That being said he is the favorite
Crookham isn’t graduating at 26 but okay…
133- Crookham better stop his edge wrestling. It's cheap. I'm taking him to win 133 tho
Interesting that you guys don't think figs will repeat
Personally I find his style of playing the edge and hanging out there to be super annoying. I think people start to figure him out a bit and he gives up more stall points. Or we see a vito Crookham situation where vito forced him to wrestle in the middle
Jack who is your barber!
Andrew Alirez comes back and takes his crown. Mendez just keeping it warm till Andrews Olympic redshirt is done
As of right now at 133 Veto is the person to beat.. I don’t see him losing only unless Bo Bartlett cuts weight down to 133 and Van Ness goes down to 141 and 149 Tyler gets the Win at NCAA for the Chip for Penn St
Vito is out of eligibility and finishes his career as a 2x National Champ
Shayne Van Ness would have won 149 had he not been injured. Had a convincing win over Henson last year. Early season win over Parco, while close, was convincing. Also not sure why a close match at 149 with Parco would be a mark against anyone, Parco is tough. SVN was looking leaner and more athletic than last year - hoping he can come back healthy for PSU. If healthy, he’s a smidge better than Kasak, who will either RS or cut to 141 if Beau leaves.
MM beats Starocci at 74 kilos but Carter wins at 174 lbs - how’s that for baby splitting
126 Ayala
133 veto
141 aliraz

@@michaellong2595 thanks, I’ll go with crookham then. Appreciate the info
@@jerrylance4932 Of course. I think Crookham vs Bailey is gonna be a great potential final next year. But it depends on growth and if these guys can maintain the weight. I felt like Crookham was really big for 133
141- I'm picking Mendez again. Bartlett doesn't shoot. Aleirez is the easy pick but he's been outa folkstyle for a year & Mendez is seasoned
Bartlett was the only one to shoot in the match with Mendez
@duanestephen9494 you're right but it was 1 late shot trying to wait til the last minute
At 157 Levi Haines is the Person that will be at 3X NCAA Champion
He's bumping to 165. Mesenbrink is going down
Why not Whalen
a healthy Starroci wouldnt sweat against otoole. not even close
Actually, it will be Messenbrink at 157, and Levi at 165 if anything next year.
I agree with this. Levi seemed to be struggling with the weight cut and that impacted his conditioning, meanwhile Mitchell was a little undersized for 165
Shayne Van Ness would have won this year and will 100% win in 2025
174- Starocci
184- Josh Barr gets his 1st of 4 championships
197- Cardenas unless Mirasola wrestles then he wins his 1st of 4 national championships
285- Kerkvliet will return to get a 2nd title
Wrestle off for PSU 197 will be impressive with Lucas Cochran, Mirasola and Zack Ryder.
At 125lb for Penn St and NCAA Breaden Davis is the man to beat.
Davis has said it’s very hard for him to make 125 and is expected to go up.
Fun video, but Ridge is going to make you guys look bad this time next year.
While Ridge is a tremendous wrestler, he will be entering year 6. As we’ve seen from wrestlers that are well into their later seasons, success is not on their side. Too many miles on the body. He might even regress next season to where he was this year.
Levi's Haines moves up to 165lbs
This is agreeable.
Caleb Henson 149 champ
SVN claps
@@ogot344 😹😹😹 got ourselves a comedian
ACL injuries are very tough to come back, look at how it’s set back Spencer Lee.
@@michaellong2595the Iowa coaching staff is what ruined Spencer. They totally mismanaged his health. Under better coaching he would have never lost.
@@michaellong2595 I agree completely. However, look at Yianni who suffered one his freshman year, then proceeded to win 3
more titles. Or Starocci who just recently won one (we don’t know his injury though) I think Van Ness has all the talent in the world to bounce back. But I guess we can just wait and see.
@@combatspeed6392 had he sat out at Big 10s who knows. He might’ve been healthy enough
@@combatspeed6392 That’s a very good point, Penn States approach and Iowas are worlds apart. If I had to guess, I’d say Carter had an ACL test and look how great they handled that.
I thought lilledahl was gonna go 133
It’s totally possible but I think he will start his career at 125
Carter would beat both. Not sure where the evidence is against him.
Fix got another year, look out 133 he's coming...again
I hope he comes back haha. Never graduate. Keep wrestling forever.
I don’t think Haines wrestles 57 again. Word on the street it’s a bad weight cut for him.
Wonder if Mesenbrink can maintain that pace if he drops down to 157
I bet Mesenbrink goes down and Haines goes up. That’ll be dangerous for their opponents
@@CACTUS-Wrestling Starrocci was battling the flu this season.

I think Mesenbrink goes down to 157 and Haines goes to 165. If that happens I think Penn State wins at 157 and 165.
Braeden Davis will be too big for 125.. He will redshirt and return in 2026 as a 133lber.
I think he has a good chance of beating Nagao for the spot tbh
@@jackmcg0I think the same. Both Nagao and Davis are pretty similar in terms of both being decent in neutral. Nagao smokes Davis on top, while Braeden has never been ridden out before (kid has a good series on bottom). So that cancels out. So it’s all decided on the feet.
@@xzjayz7925 Penn State's got some big hitters coming up next season from HS. Davis and Nagao both have some competition in the wrestling room next season. Here is the list (so far):
Luke Lilledahl - Committed high school senior.
