This was one of the most memorable overnight stays I have ever taken. If you are thinking of visiting, or have a trip planned yourself I hope that this video helps you.

I have stayed in both the cheetah and tiger lodges. I stayed in the Maasai cheetah lodge in 2021 and we had Asrael and Bappe stay by our lodge all day and night. I felt bad for the people in the Serengeti lodge since they only saw them when they were being fed, but we did let them come into our lodge for a look. I stayed at the tiger lodge this week, Wednesday and Thursday 5th-6th April, and it was stunning. We stayed in the Kambas lodge and had a beautiful sight of the enclosure and regularly saw the tigers since we were by their heated enclosure. Natal and Dourga regularly prowled past my bedroom window, and I woke up at 5am to see Nakal outside my window. I definitely would recommend these lodges, they’re amazing.
Oh my goodness the tiger lodge sounds so awesome. Whereabouts in the park is it? Is it like the Cheetah Lodge where the tigers are exclusive to the lodge, or are you in the Safari Park bit? I didn't see the tiger lodge while there, but I think I saw all the other lodges. I'm also intrigued to know where the new lion lodge is. I would LOVE to go back and stay in more of the lodges - in fact I was just showing my parents this video last night and telling them how incredible it was. We will definitely be going back, if not this year, then next year!! Thanks for sharing about your trip, I love to hear about your experiences! 💖
@@corinnamaryphillips the tiger lodge is near the arcade and by the hippos, the lion lodge is being built where the ostriches were / are and near the goat walk. I studied at WMSP for a year so I know my ways around the park quite a lot. The tiger lodge was fantastic and we had dourga and Nakal by us for most of the day until they were put away. It was incredible.

We was going to go, but worked out better to go to Africa. So we did for 1 week, nothing beats animals in the wild and food that not been in microwave
Well if you can get to Africa for and do an actual safari for less then that's amazing! It's not practical for us to do that with our little one being so young, but I definitely hope to go as a family in years to come. I did a great safari in Tanzania many years back now, and loved it. Hope you had a great time!
One of my mates at work is currently trying to book a room £700 per night. For the memory's worth every penny looks amazing
I'm not gonna lie, it's EXPENSIVE to stay! But, when you decide to take the plunge it really is memorable, and there is a lot thrown in to your package like the food deliveries, the park access and events like the light show at Christmas time. I hope your mate managed to get booked up. I REALLY want to go again this year!!

The tiger lodges are new this year, so you'd be among the first to try that out! I have no doubt the tiger lodge will be incredible. Having said that, you could probably tell from the video we absolutely adored the Cheetah Lodge! Such a magical experience. If you do go, I'd love to hear how you found it. We definitely plan to go back and try more lodges out xx

How did you order your take away to the lodge? We visited last year and could only see the jar option, we are going again this year would be handy to know how to get a take away delivery to our lodge I didn't see a option for this on the email that they send you to pre order jar food or do we select none then it shows up at the end?
The food we had delivered was provided as part of the lodge experience. We received an email with a menu to choose from before our visit, then while we there it was delivered to us at a time that we chose. We didn't get a take away from an external place. I did order an ice bucket full of drinks, this was using the drinks menu that was inside the welcome book in the lodge - just called the delivery number from the lodge's phone - I hope this helps! Which lodge are you going to be staying in? Exciting!!
@corinnamaryphillips hmm when we went last last year to cheetah and Rhino lodge and the option we had for food was the jars of food like Asian pork,sausage and mash etc it's not just your basic food that we had as a option and this year we are staying at cheetah, giraffe, lion Lodge were so excited however the food menu we have received is the same as last time 🤦♀️ we were just hoping for 1 night we could have burgers etc as I'm a bit fussy 😅 I have replied to the Email they have sent about the food but had no reply
@@AbigailGowland that's interesting, it sounds like perhaps they have changed their menu choices since we stayed. You'll have to update me after you've been on what the food is like. Wow you're staying in cheetah, giraffe AND lion lodge?? That's like the most epic trip ever, amazing!!
@corinnamaryphillips this could be the reason we went in October last year the food was surprisingly nice it's just would prefer burgers etc, I know we are so excited it's a lovely place worth the money too 😁
Why was the elephants spine sticking out like that? Looks so sick 😢
I didn't notice anything looking wrong with the elephant. I know there's a mother and a son at the West Midland Safari park, not sure which one I filmed, but they both seemed happy.
