We've now developed a universal body / cab mount bracket kit that will fit a wider number of vehicles. Previously, our brackets had a fixed frame-mounting bolt distance and needed to be custom fabricated for every application. The new bracket is set up with a slotted hole to fit anything from 2.5" - 3.5" (63mm - 90mm) frame to mounting bolt spacing in the raw form. It's also easy to weld on additional metal to extend the bracket out wider if needed.
Brackets are available in weld-on or bolt-on, with or without polyurethane bushings and with or without body mount bolts and other hardware. Check out our web page for more information:

Since each application is unique, we don't have a simple one button ordering experience. Contact us with your specific requirements and we should be able to work up a solution for your needs.
If your vehicle has damage to the floor pan or the body/cab mount bushings have pushed up through the floor, you'll need to cut out and replace that rusty metal:

Likely so, check your cab mount bracket and bushing dimensions against our brackets/bushings and see if they can be adapted. The key dimension is the frame to cab mount bolt distance.

Best to check the frame to cab mount bolt spacing on the vehicle and see if the regular bracket will work or if you'll need to have extensions added between the bracket and mounting plate. Just need to get +/- 1/2" on that distance as the bushing can be moved in or out that far as needed.

What is the link to bushings and hardware w/o brackets?

For individual bushings and bolts, we can do custom kits, but we don't know off hand what you need. There are 3 diameters of poly bushings we have, 45mm, 62mm and 70mm and can supply hardware in diameters of 3/8" or 10mm up to 1/2" or 12mm in various lengths.
Can you make them for 2002 avalanche 2500
We have not to date, but they can likely be adapted to fit. The weld-on brackets should be adaptable as-is, by adding metal to the back side if a wider spacing is needed. Or if you want a bolt-on bracket, let us know the frame to body mount bolt spacing and we can weld-on the additional steel to adapt the brackets.
What do these fit ? I need 2 for my 96 Tacoma but they aren’t designed like that
They'll fit the Tacoma pickups just fine. That applications falls within the 2.5" - 3.5" frame to cab mount bolt spacing the brackets were designed to fit without modification:

Likely so. The basic weld on bracket can be adapted to fit many vehicles. Dimensions on the web page below:

We can also pre-modify the bracket to fit by adding on extensions to make it wider if your frame to cab mount bolt spacing is > 3.5" or 88mm. If this is needed, contact us with the dimensions needed and we can work up a quote on the modified bracket(s). You can see the Dodge Durango bracket we made in this video.
