Fungus Lame I do think she’s being a bit dramatic. But in her defense, I remember when I first started working out (weighing 422 pounds), it was extremely physically difficult and I was super frustrated with myself for letting it get that bad. It was pretty emotional, the physical and mental aspects of it. I did cry a few times (privately). That being said, she doesn’t look as big, plus she wasn’t really doing anything intensive. Though it could’ve been difficult for her to realize “hey, holy shit, this minor exercise is extremely physically taxing on me, I didn’t realize it was this bad”. But how dismissive she is of the issue....I doubt it.
I think it's more about the fact that she feels embarrassed. A lot of overweight people tend to feel that way when they go to the gym. The attention is just a lot for her, and she feels like she'll probably be shamed.
Well.. i cried when the work out is too much... But afterwards that burn feels great. It means youre achieving soemthing
It is normal. When you are that overweight every exercise is extremely hard. Just imagine doing squats carrying 200lbs.
If you haven’t exercised in years, like obviously it fucking hurts doing a more intense workout than ur used to. could also be because she was very obviously anxious about being forced to exercise in public, where fat people are constantly made fun of for how they look.
