- Every year Life Vest Inside organizes Dance for Kindness (DFK), a worldwide event, in honor of World Kindness Day - showing that regardless of the differences in race, religion, ethnicity, culture and background - the common thread that unites us all is kindness.
In 2015 DFK took place in over 100 cities, 50 countries with tens of thousands of participants. DFK was featured on major media outlets including CBS, NBC and The Today Show.
Take part in Dance for Kindness by visiting www.danceforkindness.com and sign up to be a Group Leader in your city or register for DFK updates and be the first to know when DFK2016 registration opens!
DFK2016 will be taking place on Sunday, November 13th - worldwide!

2:42 I have walked down that street countless times. The only reason I wasn't in it was since I was in New York City for that weekend so in other words, not in Caledonia. I live just down the road from where that all took place. So yeah a little jealous xD!
Wow Orly, this is incredibly beautiful! And this even happenend in Nijmegen, which is literarily bike-distance for me. I really, really, really would love to participate right there the next time such a wave of happiness is happening again.

Hey Andrei! We usually have Dance for Kindness events in the Philippines every year. However, we only include videos for locations that actually send us footage. Sometimes we don't get video footage from all of our events so our montage videos are missing a lot of those who participate each year. Have you participated in our Dance for Kindness event?

soooo ... after finally getting it on my TV so I can see the video, I've discovered that this is too fast and uses muscle groups that I no longer can control for even 3 minutes! ACK.. durn ol' body! I hope I was able to help you understand why Nepal may not have been represented in this video. We have events in any city in which there is a person who is willing to step up and become a group leader. Perhaps you can help get others from Nepal excited to participate so in November 2018 we can have multiple cities in Nepal represented. We have had group leaders from Nepal in the past but I am not sure if we had someone from the year this video was made. The other issue is sometimes a group leader will not send us their video footage, and without that, we, obviously, are not able to add their video to the worldwide montage. Look forward to hearing from you and hopefully, you consider leading an event this coming year!!

Thanks so much for your comment! Life Vest Inside promotes world kindness regardless of what country a person is from. Dance for Kindness takes place in about 50 different countries each year. If you do not see your country in this video, it either means there was not an event in your city or the group leader for that city did not send us their video footage. Dance for Kindness only happens because of our amazing group leaders from all over the world. If you would like to see an event in your city, we would love to have you as a group leader. To learn how to get your city involved in this amazing worldwide flashmob please visit www.danceforkindness.com. Unfortunately, if we do not have a volunteer from a particular country, this event cannot happen there. Our goal is to eventually get every single country around the world represented. Will you help us spread the word?
